“Phoned at short notice on Monday & managed to get an appointment for my kitten to be seen! The staff very all very friendly & caring! The vet kept him there for a few hours to treat him, went back on Thursday for a check up staff again very helpful! That was the 1st time I’d been in the Armadale practice very nice & clean big building”
“On a recent visit to Edinburgh we ran in to a medical issue and needed urgent medication. Jill, Giovanna and Achilles went out of their way to ensure my wife got the medication she needed that day, with Achilles running to another pharmacy to get a partial prescription until the full prescription could be delivered the next day. Great pharmacy with excellent staff!”
“Clean and comfortable. Excellent service. As pricey as most vets are these days but that's the price you pay for excellent service.”
“I've been with this vet for 2 and a half years and unfortunately my wee 17 yr old cat passed away at home, they were nothing but kind and caring when I had to bring him up, specifically one of the women at reception I wish I knew her name for the amount of help and empathy she gave me. I haven't had to go through this before and I was assured not to feel rushed. They always looked after my lil man and receiving the sympathy card I was so thankful to have his paw print and some of his fur ❤️”
“We have been with Lamond Vets for 3 years now. We joined when our previous vets misdiagnosed the condition of one of our cats which ended up with the partial amputation of his tail. We now have all our three cats registered with Lamond Vets. All three are rescues from the Scottish SPCA. We feel that we have received an excellent level of service by the practice, both vets and nurses. The place is welcoming the moment you step in, with the receptionists always treating you with a smile. We felt we were in good hands when one of our cats had to undergo an operation and treatment, and we were confident to get our third rescue, an older fragile beautiful boy, as we knew that Lamond Vets would have our back. If you live in West Lothian, there is no other place I would recommend for you to take your beloved animals. Basil & Tulay”
“We had a bit of an emergency when our dog ate something she shouldn't have. They're not our usual registered vets as we were visiting family. Albavets saw us quickly and the staff were really helpful and reassuring. They explained clearly what they'd do, and will also send the notes to our usual vet, which is helpful. The price for the emergency consultation was very fair.”
“I can’t thank the medical staff and front of house staff enough. My sprocker Meg was admitted as a emergancy in August with a swollen eye with a foreign body in. Long story short it turned out to be something devastatingly worse. At just 8 years old and no prior indications or anything, her wings were ready but we were not. Meg has never been apart from us, I was worried how she would do being admitted, she was there Saturday to Monday, the staff were amazing, she wasn’t worried she wasn’t down, she maybe didn’t understand but the staff made her feel safe and cared for. The staff were so kind and caring front of house and behind the scenes. Sadly we collected Meg on Monday for one last night at home before she donned her wings with her own favourite vet. The staff kept in touch with us the whole time she was admitted, they kept us informed and kept in touch with our vet as well. We all knew what was going on at every stage. Then after they helped sort the insurance claim and kept in touch, we got a lovely card a few weeks later from the staff that cared for Meg which was beautiful. She had lovely consultants, I met Chloe (eye consultant) and Karen (general med consultant) and though I never met the nurses I heard from staff how much they loved Meg and how she greeted them happily with her “sooky” and behaved well curled on her favourite blanket. The staff here are amazing. Though Meg is no longer with us, it helped knowing they made her happy and comfortable when she was in the hospital and went fretting or worrying. The staff also made sure her “sooky” was with her at all times and her blanket stayed with her as well. Not easy in such a busy environment. The hardest place to have to go knowing what could come but the staff do all they can not just for the animals in their care but to help their humans cope and deal with whatever comes and whatever the outcome might be.”
“The vets are lovely, as are the reception staff also. I always feel reassured that they treat my animals as they would their own they are compassionate, friendly and listen to what’s being said. Their prices are reasonable too, as far as vets go. I’d definitely recommend Kingdom Vets.”
“We have been bringing our cat here for a few years and have always had the best experience. Thank you to Elenor and Lauren for their support and for making us so welcome.”

“One of the best doggy day cares that I have left my little cockapoo at. All the staff are amazing and he is always super excited to return and very tired at the end of the day after a fun filled day of play. Very happy dog, very happy owner! Would certainly highly recommend Winstons”
“Albavet practice in both Burntisland and Kirkcaldy is second to none. I've used many vet practices over the years and I find these to be outstanding.”

“My dog has a ear condition that my previous vet at straighton gave me spray to help clear up but after several years and much discomfort to Max it never did , I changed vet to Market Cross and was given a oil that had the condition cured in 4 days !!!! As a new customer they are very friendly and welcoming. So from Max and myself... THANK YOU VERY MUCH”
“Been using Albavet since I moved to Dunfermline 3 years ago and can't fault them, great friendly service for all our cats at reasonable prices. Whether it's all the staff gushing over how cute your ginger kitten is (and how much they've enjoyed getting cuddles off him whilst he's been in!) or just sending a card when one of our cats has died (even once when we didn't get the chance to take them to the vet and just had to tell them over the phone after the fact) Albavet always seem to add that extra personal touch that is so appreciated. Thanks so much.”
“In what I can only describe as one of the most traumatic things I’ve been through, the full team were amazing. They took my dog out our arms as soon as we walked in there was no delay and the team updated us as soon as they could! I also received a call to update me on how she was doing and they let me call during the night for an update. Honestly the whole team were fantastic and my dog is recovering well.”
“So knowledgeable, thorough and kind. They all really went above and beyond and I felt reassured and supported the whole way through my cat's ill health. They really helped him to get batter as quickly and painlessly as possibly. Can't recommend these guys enough, they really prioritise the animals, as they should. Amazing team, thank you to all at Dundas Vets!”
“Awsome guys very friendly and informative. Took goos care off my wee floyd”
“This practice is amazing, always so friendly and happy to assist with anything you or your pets could need. Wouldn't want to have my pets treated anywhere else. Absolute top teir service every time.”
“In general, great store, spacious, with a wide range of variety and often at a competitive price, better than Tesco or Morrison's. Always get some great bargains even at George's. Never had an issue with self-service, the staff are helpful, too. Especially like the bakery section, where you can get tasty, fresh, palm-free products. Great they still have a sanitary station! My only issue is lack of goat's yoghurt for the third time, shame I keep having to go back to Tesco for this one item. Also, disabled toilet is always locked. Finally, the trolleys are hard to push except for the plastic ones, but they need a pound coin.”
