“Life and ill health had gotten in the way of managing to bring our dogs the 70 mile round trip to see the vet. I spoke to Hans, who could not have been more helpful in fitting us in at short notice. Then 5 minutes later Hans called me back and offering assistance on our arrival to help me out the car with the dogs (one is large and getting old). How lovely of him. My husband attended the appointment and said Hans gave good practical advice, which he trusted, on how to manage our older dog's condition. Would highly recommend this Vet, our previous appointments and treatment have always been very good, but felt Hans' approach should be praised. Thank you Hans!”

Very understanding my dog woke up in a terrible mood on the day of the groom and I wasn’t holding up much hope about how much Dionne would get done as my puppy had been a menace all morning, puppy did a dramatic husky howls the whole time which Dionne kindly put up with and she came back absolutely gleaming and very happy. I was shocked I honestly expected a call 20 minutes later to be like yup this groom isn’t happening but Dionne worked with her and got her looking amazing!”
