“This practice has been a godsend. We were forced to move GP some 7 years ago and I was anxious about the move on behalf of my elderly mother who was so used to her old GP practice. Dr Henderson was the first Dr we met and to date we have had nothing but topnotch care from her, Dr MacNeill and others. I love that they always take time to explain issues around your health to help you understand what's going on. It's never hard to get an appointment and reception staff are relatively easy to deal with, perhaps the odd strained conversation but it's not an easy job they have so I prefer to show a bit of understanding. Definitely turned out to be a change for the best.”

Previously was 5 stars anyways as they're always brilliant with my sons and husband, however a huge thank you to Dr.Duffin for being so on the ball with getting me seen and getting me into the hospital. I spent weeks and weeks in pain and Dr.Duffin made sure to keep checking in, organising follow up appointments etc. I was meant to take part in a survey for him but sadly timed out before I had a chance to do it and felt bad so thought I'd leave it here that if more doctors were as fast thinking and thorough like Dr.Duffin there'd never be a complaint about the health services. The rest of the GPS are brilliant here too and the nurse who does bloods magic! Gets mine done before I have time to react. Receptionists are brilliant too with answering calls quicker, updating patients etc. Charleston surgery is the best!”
