It was a pleasure to meet her - she even gave me a lift back to the train station because it had started pouring down when I dropped the car back! Wonderful service. “We stayed in one of the hot tub lodges, let me be clear the hot tub is perfect the lodge is so close to being perfect the bed is not made for 2 people we struggled to fit on the bed, we are the biggest people but it was barley a small double. If you ignore the bed its beutiful the location is great the hot tub is sublime the Caffè on site and staff are wonderful, takeouts in the local area do know where you are thankfully. Maybe one more imporvment a sign outside the campsite just a little roadside one maybe my first day i couldnt find you so easily.”

“Recently exited a house I had used for about 8 years. I'd let the garden go a bit, so agreed with them a course of action to remediate before I left. My deposit was returned without issues. I will say that staff are always friendly and reasonable to deal with - I'd use them again should the need arise. I mostly dealt with Rachel at the Hessle office who was always friendly and helpful.”

It did appear as if someone may have sat on the couch before but that's what a couch is intended for. We did a little research before booking our stay so we knew what was around before we arrived. I consider it to have been excellent value for money. Of course, what one person considers good value may not be by someone else. Always worth bearing in mind.”
