I've found it hard to stick with tattooists, whether it's to do with their work or their professionalism, but definitely found my place at Crow and butterfly. Had my knee tattooed yesterday, and matty was patient and quick creating my favourite tattoo to date. I cant wait to get back in the chair and share ideas of what to create next!”

I was attending my brother inlaws wedding on the 15th Feb 2025 and being part of the grooms men we hired tuxedos from hancocks the full process was second to none from the first fitting to collecting and on the day of the wedding my self and my wife realised that a suit for my 8 year old son had not arrived as we ordered ON THE INTERNET VIA INTERNET COMPANY and not in any associated with hancocks upon realising we have not got the suit I contacted Hancocks while only being a few hours before the wedding i told the gentleman the situation over the phone as we was in louth preparing for the wedding and the gentleman said would we be able to make it to the shop as soon as possible as they would be able to help on arrival to the shop of Hancocks the team there while busy with other customers went above and beyond to have a suit fitted and supplied within no time at all for my 8 year old son. The team there really know how to treat customers and they go above and beyond under any pressure put before them. Myself and my wife really appreciated everything they did that day.”

“Excellent service. had a chat about my knees etc and what type of running I was looking to do. Answered all questions with ease and we chatted about the various technology you find in running shoes and what was applicable to me. Ran for the first time in about 4 years today and no problems with my knee and felt comfortable, unfit but Humber runner cant help with that. Looking forward to bringing running back into my exercise. Thank you and I will certainly use you again and recommended highly.”
