“Had a lovely lunch today. The atmosphere was so chilled very quiet and lovely music playing. The food was great as always. Excellent service too…..don’t be fooled though every weekend night you’d be lucky to get a table as it’s so good here.”

“Popped in for a coffee and hot chocolate with my kids. Friendly efficient service and tables were being cleared and cleaned as soon as they were exited. Coffee was really good and the barista made sure she did the hot chocolate a little cooler for the kids. Amazing selection of cakes and cookies!”

“Only nipped in for the Toblerone hot chocolate after a long day of shopping. Quick and easy service! Clean and refreshing environment! Lots to offer the customers. Got a seat right away after ordering. The hot chocolates were made instantly and looked absolutely fantastic. Was given a little Toblerone to go with the drink and a little spoon for the cream. Tasted absolutely delicious all the way to the bottom. It was a well deserved Christmas treat and I would definitely recommend trying it.”

“Very lovely place to spend your afternoon, very fair prices and eveything is very presentable. The place is very well kept and was very clean when I visited. The staff was very friendly and explained the difference between the different drinks that they serve. I would recommend anyone to go take a look and have a nice cuppa of whatever you fancy. Lots of seating, family friendly and also OK if you want to spend some quality time with a book and a hot drink.”

“Went here on Sunday afternoon, the wait to be served was acceptable, maybe 3 or 4 minutes. The coffee and cake is what it is, standard costa food and drink. A nice place to stop in when passing on the way to work.”

“On Saturday 13th September we will had our wedding reception at di Bosco. Katie sorted everything out for us very professionally from start to finish. All the staff was very helpful and brilliant service and joined in with our event which made it even better. Would highly recommend. Thank you again too everyone x”

Huge beer garden with plenty of space for kids to play on slide and climbing frames as well as enough room for football with kiddies. Staff always helpful and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere and the Woodfest on bank Holidays are a must!!”

“Nice pub with plenty of parking and friendly staff. Pool table available and ample seating outside. I did not have food but saw a family eating and tge food look good and smelled lovely”

“First visit on Saturday 6th May 2023. Management and staff were amazing. Clean and welcoming environment. Huge outdoor space for families / parties etc. Locals are a great bunch of people. Beer is spot on and karaoke night was so much fun. Highly recommended.”

“We've just had our painters meeting AGM today. We all had a meal, and the food was super. Steak and ale pie with chips and peas was excellent. The service was first class, and the staff are wonderful. We go every month. It's a lovely pub.”

“The home made chips are back!! I can honestly say they have definitely been worth the wait! My Daughter also highly rates the chocolate fudge cake. Can’t wait to sample the rest of the new home made menu. Michael & Amber & the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful and always greet you with a warm & welcoming smile. They’ve worked so hard to try and get this pub back to its best and I really hope it pays off for them. The transformation inside is amazing, so light & bright and the bar looks fantastic. Safe to say we will be regular visitors!”

“4.5 Stars – Great Pizza & Fast Service! Had a really good experience ordering from Tutti’s on Wakefield Road. The pizza was fresh, cheesy, and full of flavour — you can tell they don’t skimp on toppings. I also tried their chicken wrap which was tasty and filling. Delivery was quick and everything arrived hot, which is always a bonus. Prices are reasonable too, especially with the portion sizes. Staff on the phone were polite and helpful when I called to ask about an offer. Only slight improvement would be to add a few more sides or dessert options to the menu — but for a solid pizza fix in Huddersfield, Tutti’s hits the spot. Definitely ordering again soon.”

“Where do I start. Visited the sun pub for early dinner booked table online. After entering and been greeted by a friendly chap behind the bar was directed to our table which had my name on reserved. We ordered starters and a main food came out quickly and was absolutely great. We will definitely be returning to this pub for breakfast and Sunday lunches. The staff are all great and very attentive to customers. We didn't know until visit it's dog friendly aswell but we left the pup home . If you're hungry and in the area don't drive passed this brilliant pub.”
