“Fantastic place to visit, loved the interesting music related decor and whole atmosphere of the cafe. We attended a music bingo night and had a fun time. The owners were great hosts and had put on a fab event. There is a good selection of drinks available, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. I would also highly recommend the grilled cheese sandwiches. We had the all-day breakfast and smokestack lighting sandwiches, and they were delicious.”

Had to rearrange a couple of dates due to a muscle strain, (we were offered the option of paying for the room clearing service but chose to do it ourselves), we gave a few days notice and all was rearranged easily and seamlessly. “Hello. I visited the Acomb store this afternoon with my brother who is in a wheelchair. Th till assistant helped me outside with the shopping and waited with my brother whilst I went for the car. The security guard then helped by folding and loading the wheelchair. We are new to managing a wheelchair and the help was so god to have, particularly with the heat of the day. “Brilliant outfit shop. There's a variety in items that caters to your style. Whether that be vintage with the area in the corner of the top floor, worn down wear with the aesthetic of UO's own brand, and others. The addition of a vintage wear section is brilliant, the renewal of older clothes kept in mint condition is excellent. Although, there are a lack of mirrors in places other than the changing rooms upstairs. If you're trying to casually try bits on, it's a little hard to find somewhere to see yourself. Whenever I come into the York city, this is the main place I go as they're so few and far between. Very great store!”

It had a very comfortable feeding chair with changing facilities and an activity board on the wall to keep a toddler entertained. This transformed my shopping experience which would otherwise have been quite stressful. I wish everywhere had one.”
