βHarry and Freddy, our 2 Gpigs have had a cosy and well cared for stay for 10 days whist my boyfriend and I have been on holiday. Would definitely use Bramble again during our next trip, Holly.β
βOur fur baby Cheese was well looked after. Beautiful & clean cattery. He stayed for a week in a well equipped very large room with heated bedding and access to his own private catio. Lots of "Catit" accessories (personally great for our fur baby help to slow his eating & he is used to this brand too) plenty of room to run & play. Good variety of rooms with different styles. There's a room for more active cats with cat a wheel & more climbing available or for shy cats with lots of places to hide. Every option had different levels for cats to find their comfort space. Personally, I love that each space has floor to ceiling window with a upvc door to enter. This is so much better than some catteries that have the cage type where all the cats can hear each other and set one another off. Highly recommend. Our furbaby came home very happy & healthy after his stay. Thank you for looking after Cheese. We'll see you soon for our next break. Can't wait now as I know he'll be happy & well cared for when we next go away.β
βCould not wish for better hosts than Roy and Joanna !! I love our interesting chats and laughs!! And I very much appreciated the soft fruit for breakfast kindly thought of due to a recent throat operation Perfect set up as you have totally your own space plus electric security gates which for me is a real safety plusβ¦..see you again soon when up to vist my familyβ¦..β
βFantastic team of ladies going above and beyond for customers....loved the Disney facepaintingβ
βGreat Central location, decent happy hour offers in the bar, and the nicest Hotel food I've ever tried. Breakfast buffet had hot cooked, continental including smoked salmon and various cheeses, cereals, juices, and multiple different milk options. Rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.β
βHad a really lovely 2 day break here. Everything was fantastic and the treatments and staff in the spa were amazing. We were really impressed with the food and all the staff were amazing but especially Michael on dinner service could not do enough for us and he was lovely. The bar was great Jake and another blonde lady ( Iβm not sure of her name but think she a bar manager ) made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond. Would defo recommend to anyone wanting a few days away and we canβt wait to go back.β
βVery convenient location in the wharf behind the train station if arriving by train - in fact from one side of the hotel you can see right into the tracks! I had a King room on canal side, extremely clean, quiet and a good bed. Shower has a small step and bathroom a normal door which has pros and cons. Could hear some corridor noise but not disturbing. Reception helpful. Solid breakfast, if not exceptional - good croissants and attentive service. Only caveat maybe on rooms on station side which perhaps could be noisier. Didn't have time to try Sky bar unfortunately. Overall, exceeded my expectations, would recommend.β
βWe have stayed here few times location is fantastic staff are helpful especially Tracy and Paul . Nothing is too much trouble fab breakfast.β
βNice Decent Place for Food + a Great Variety of Drinks. Been going here for sometime now for drinks or dining and always enjoy our visit. Last two visits I've noticed that the service was not up to the level which it was before for example staff taking time your order or not getting around you regularly to check up if anything needed also even after paying the bill I noticed that table was not cleared for sometime. Don't know if it was because of the less staff or just in general. The venue wasn't busy either. One thing for sure was that food was once again top notch. I'd definitely keep going here and recommend others to try this gem of a place on street lane.β
βWe had a lovely festive set meal. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. Great pub , great atmosphere, would definitely recommendβ
βI cannot thank Kings Croft enough for hosting our wedding last weekend. From start to finish, I couldnβt fault them. All staff were attentive and friendly, and were quick to reply to my never ending questions! On the day, the staff couldnβt do enough for us. The food was the best wedding food weβve ever had! Amazing!β
βWe purchased a YO1 Middleton's afternoon tea voucher for four people. The tea was excellent, the gentleman who served us was friendly, professional and welcoming even though he was busy, it was much appreciated. The finger sandwhiches were fresh and tasty, ham and lettuce, cheese and pickle and salmon and cream cheese. The fruit scones were warm and tasty, especially when the jam and cream were added. The selection of cakes was great, macaroons, brownies and other cakes. A very nice experience as a couple or when shared with friends. Many thanks to our host/waiter for making us feel valued customers.β
βGreat pub a little of westgate well worth couple of minutes walk to it. Friendly staff, good beer hobgoblin gold etc. Best jukebox in Wakefield. Can watch sport on sky if you wish.β
βBooked morning reviver spa deal. It was a fantastic, relaxing experience. The lady booking me in the spa was welcoming and conscientious and couldn't do enough. In fact all staff(waiting staff, masseuse)were all friendly and helpful. All staff frequently checked everything was ok and were very attentive. The hot stones massage was amazing and the spa facilities were fantastic, especially the outdoor hot tub. The only negative was the open ceiling between the massage rooms, which meant you could hear noises from other rooms. Despite this I would definitely recommend a visit here if you want a relaxing experience.β
βIt's definitely the staff that made my visit special. Maisie, Angela and John were amazing, professional, attentive and friendly. Both a credit to the hotel and you're very lucky to have them. Food was super lovely, and the full English was the best I have ever had and made by Chris. Thank you chef x the grounds are stunning too x can't wait to come back xβ
βStaff are so welcoming, the accommodation/rooms are lovely and very cleanβ
βIdeally located for our trip, all of the staff we met were extremely friendly from the cleaners to the reception and bar staff, they really were very helpful with any needs we had. The leisure facilities were top notch and very clean. The hotel is a bit out from the town so we stayed around every evening which wasn't an issue as the food was excellent. Highly recommend a stay here and should my work bring me back that direction I will be staying there again.β
βMy sister and I stayed for the weekend and it was a lovely; secluded hotel. Fabulous afternoon tea, very good value for money. The room was spacious, clean and warm. Staff were attentive, professional and always on hand to help. Looking forward to the spa opening, we will be back.β
βLovely hotel, last visited 6 years ago and still as good as it was the last time. Great vibe and ambiance, my room - a Club - was very large, extremely clean, and comfortable. Nice little touches like four Nespresso pods, fancy tea, nice biscuits and a couple of Ferraro Rochers. Beds incredibly comfortable, couldnβt hear any noise at all, and black out curtains kept out the light! It was my birthday stay and was pleasantly surprised to receive a voucher for two free cocktails in the hotel bar. The bartender was fab, environment was great - 10/10 all round for the stay and would def come back. Price/performance ratio excellent.β
βWe use the Leeds East hotel regularly but our visit this weekend was a really great experience. Young man on reception was very welcoming and professional. A special mention to the lady who put some treats in my daughters room as she heard it was my granddaughters 2nd birthday. What a lovely touch. And finally the lady in the breakfast room who was so lovely with my young granddaughters giving them a chocolate biscuit and a balloon each. This service was really welcomed so thankyou all and apologies I didnβt get names of the people who really made a difference.β
βI had a great stay at The Queens Hotel in Leeds. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Wioletta, who was incredibly kind and responsive. She went above and beyond in bringing me much-needed ice for my medication. Her hospitality and care made a big difference to my stay. Thank you.β
βStayed hear for a night whilst visiting to watch a concert. Arena is right on the doorstep. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment but managed a sneak peek through the door and looks great. Will definitely stay here againβ
βStayed a couple of weeks ago and loved it. The location is super just next to trinity centre. The hotel is modern and the rooms are absolutely spotless. Please thank the housekeeping staff. We had exec lounge added to booking and it was well worth it. Lovely evening food and super drinks. Great value when you think of city prices. A lovely staff member cleared tables but chatted to all customers on what their plans were. But what made this so special was that Natasha on front desk remembered our room preference and remembered our names and had the biggest smile ever!! What amazing service and it really made our whole weekend! Thank you Natasha! Ps the breakfast is absolutely amazing too! Best hotel in Leeds by a country mile! David and Alisonβ
βI stayed here for my first ever trip overseas, and this is my first time booking into a hotel. Amazing experience. At this hotel. Originally got there at 9 am and I thought I could check in early. Because my flight came in at 8. And I thought I could check in early. The reception said i canβt check in yet itβs too early but she held my suitcase and kept it safe for me when I went outside and explored Leeds city centre. I came back when I was closer to my time the chicken. I got my suitcase and checked into my room. .Itβs a good hotel room nice and spacious. Itβs exactly like an apartment you have everything you need like a microwave washing machine dishwasher stuffed top pots and pans etc. and they even give you dishwashing liquid. I know really beautiful of you. the bed was like the most comfiest hotel bed Iβve ever slept in. I also did enjoy the croissants and coffee in the morning in the reception. Those very nice not to have to buy breakfast every morning,. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe staying at this hotel. So I recommend coming here. You are very close to the city centre like a 17 minute walk if you donβt want to walk you can also take the bus thatβs only a minute walk from the hotel. Iβm definitely coming back to this hotel if I come back to Leeds.β
βLocation is perfect for visiting .walking 5-10mins to the hotel. All the stuff like bed sofa furniture are new and comfortable let me feeling at home , warm cleaning and convenient. With the perfect price , l like say this is the best hotel I ever been. Highly recommendβ
βRecently had our wedding at 315. The staff and Anastasjia were fantastic prior to the wedding and during. The food was great and the rooms were clean and tidy! We enjoyed our special occasion at 315 and we would highly recommend 315 as a venue for your wedding!β
βFantastic landlady. Personality is out of this world. Very welcoming. Breakfast is good full English with cereal and fruit juice if wanted. Good clean rooms. Tea and coffee supplied.β
βWe had a wonderful stay and couldnβt fault it. The hotel looked absolutely amazing at Christmas β beautifully decorated and with such a lovely festive atmosphere throughout. The food was delicious, clearly well prepared and presented, and really added to the overall experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. A great place to stay, especially over the festive period. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.β
βI visited the hotel on Friday night for a Christmas party and the service by all the staff was excellent. Great service all night by Arya, Jake and Hannah. They even went the extra mile and made adjustments for certain drinks that were not on the menu, I was incredibly impressed and look forward to returning. Many thanks, Leo Bullenβ
βI've never stayed in a Holiday Inn before - the staff were all so welcoming! We were assisted by James & Isabella who were extremely helpful after a mixup with our booking that wasn't the fault of Holiday Inn. The room was immaculate & a very good size - very much needed after a 4Β½ hour drive. Would recommend this hotel to everyoneβ
