“I can honestly say I have never met a more genuine caring pharmacist than Paula who works at well chemist Horbury! Don’t get me wrong at times there can be a wait but this is usually because the Lloyds chemist has messed up or haven’t done there job so people end up having to change to well chemist! An Jane the small lady with the short hair an nose stud, is exactly what a customer service person should be like, helpful kind goes out of her way to help you, even when at times she gets abuse which is disgusting, she can’t make prescriptions appear! Both me an my husband use this chemist weekly an the care, compassion an help we have received is fantastic! So as well as this review I’d like to say thank you ❤️”

“When our dog Henry developed cataracts due to diabetes, he lost his sight completely. For two months before referral he was blind, and at the same time he also went deaf. It was heartbreaking to see him so frightened, depressed, and miserable — his quality of life had fallen so low that we even considered putting him to sleep. From the moment we came to Paragon, everything changed. Sam, Simon, and James treated Henry with such care and professionalism, and gave us hope when we thought there was none. The cataract surgery was a complete success — Henry can see again, and his ongoing check‑ups have shown he’s doing very well. His world has opened up once more. He’s back to enjoying life, happy and confident, and we truly cannot thank the team enough for giving him back his sight and his joy. A million thank you's to Sam, Simon, James and the team. We also want to mention that Simon had treated our previous Pug, Angelica, many years ago at Calder Vets for an eye ulcer, and was excellent then too. Knowing that history meant we immediately felt Henry was in fantastic hands.”

“We recently visited Vets4Pets with our cat Trixie, who has asthma. Over the last week, she had been struggling with a wheezy chest and wasn't eating much. We saw the vet Ryan, who was very gentle with our cat. The appointment didn't feel rushed, and Ryan suggested some steroids and antibiotics. Almost overnight, we saw a transformation in Trixie as she turned back into her happy self. Two weeks later, we went for a follow-up appointment, and again we saw Ryan. He checked her out, and all looked fine. He gave us further advice, and we were very happy and felt confident that our cat received the best possible care. Thank You”

“Not just friendly staff but staff that care. They don't give you medication they talk to you about it and show you how to administer it. As important as you are to them, your pet is even more important as it should be. They took exceedingly good care of our little coco and I can't thank them enough. Extremely well knowledgeable, they don't push products on you or give unnecessary medication. They understood not just what was wrong with our naughty cat lol also her behavior, preferences and attitude without me having to tell them. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. “This Morrisons is my local supermarket & I’m so glad it is! It’s always stocked well & led out very well. I like that everything is in an order that makes sense as you move through your list. I cannot fault the staff, they are so helpful! I was trying to find kimchi last week & the lady I asked for help couldn’t have been kinder, she stopped what she was doing immediately & we wondered round for ages! Went in tonight & was offered a chocolate at checkout which was delightful.”

“Most recently I've bought a ewe bungee sheepskin tug and a rabbit twist bungee rabbit skin tug from Critical Impact K9 supplies for my flyball dogs, this is the only place I will buy my tuggys from. My Collie Sky has destroyed everything we've bought from other places within days. The quality of Critical's tuggys is so good that they last for months, the Pb's that they hit with them are a welcome bonus! Cannot recommend them high enough.”
