She was polite, totally professional and is a credit to your establishment. Danielle needs some sort of recognition. Our food was lovely and even in the hardest of times a service with a smile, a wonderful experience”

“Great meal but a little bit flustered at midday for the first order it seemed… food took an okay time to come and was really nice. The offer itself meant that the 2 for 10.99 was reasonable since we were a group of four plus could add on for a small amount extra. Great atmosphere and lovely place to eat and have a drink. Great selection of other drinks and a good array of food not just on the offers menu too. For non alcoholic beverages there were a selection of mock tails or refillable diet / low sugar drinks available too.”

“Came up from london and stayed in the apartments next door. As soon as we arrived the team were on hand to show us where to go to our room. The pub was great and really well run. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere on Friday and Saturday night was great with karaoke! We had such a great time in Huddersfield thanks to these guys and will definitely be back to the boy and the barrel when we visit next!”

The burger was delicious and the steak was one of the nicest we’ve ever had, and very reasonably priced. We’d certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone and we’ll be returning very soon.
