“Fantastic customer service in York . Saw my dream boots online only to find that stock was not in store but could be ordered online. Unfortunately the online process didn't allow me to input an address in Australia and it was our last day in York before heading to Scotland for a couple of weeks . Unfortunately I didn't get the customer service lady's name but she was amazing. She located a store that we would be near on our return to England in the way to the airport and arranged for the boots to be collected there. Over and above service. Thank you. I will be reminded of your efforts every time I wear them.”

“To day I shopped at your OFFICE store in Leeds Briggate 69/70 I was looking for new Birkenstocks for my wife, which had to be perfect. The member of staff that helped me choose the footwear was a lady called Sam, who was brilliant patient and knowledgeable with the colour size etc. All shoe shops have always seemed the same to me until now, regarding the attentiveness help and lovely personality from Sam, I will be recommending this store in Leeds to all our friends. “Went in this morning to order a custom suit for my wedding and Jordan was really helpful and talked me through my options and showed me what was best and gave lots of selections to look through. Really personal experience and lots of fun had. Jordan was really professional and dealt with all my questions quickly and efficiently. “On a weekend break I called into Yorkshire Runner to enquire about Hoka Clifton 9 shoes. Unfortunately they didn't have my size and informed me a new model was being released. I tried on a few other pairs to get the correct size. They then checked online to see if they could size order a pair in my size. Thankfully they could. They covered postage to send them to me in Northern Ireland. The staff were extremely helpful and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend calling into Yorkshire Runner if you ate in the Otley area.”
