“My apple watch detected that I was experiencing high heart rates. I felt off but not ill. On Monday, 08:00, 5/08/2024, I entered my details in Patches. At 9:30, I received a text for a telephone appointment that afternoon which resulted in n appointment with a GP,08:40, Tuesday, 06/08/2024. After consultation, I was asked to wait till a room would be available for an E.CG.and blood tests. All of these were concluded resulting another G.P consultation. Resulting in a heart condition being diagnosed, full clear explanation, medication prescribed with benefits and possible side effects explained and two further appointments made. This treatment along with lovely people conducting themselves in their jobs with professional attitudes, kindness, caring and supportive given this was a bit alarming for me. Excellent surgery and patient/ client care from start to finish. I and my family have been registered with this surgery since 1993 and have only ever experienced openness, great and effective care and always , always treated with kindness. Thank you so much for everything.”

“This is my new surgery and I had my first GP visit last week Wednesday. The surgery was spacious and very clean. My mobility scooter decided to stop working as I was about to leave the surgery. The nurse practitioner was a beautiful, lovely and caring person. She tried assisting me with my mobility scooter. I then met the beautiful ,lovely manager when she came to assist me too. I thought my scooter battery was dead but my scooter had died and never started. I was at the surgery a long time waiting to charge my battery. The beautiful lady at the front desk came and offered me some water and a snack. I was so appreciative for the love and assistance I received from all the staff, I am came in contact with. I miss my old surgery in Leeds but I am happy to join this new surgery.. Thank you to all the staff.”

“I cannot believe all the negative comments about this practice. I have rarely had a problem, yes it can be difficult at times to get an appointment but if you explain your problem politely i have usually been offered an alternative. I find the reception staff friendly and efficient never ever rude. I think you get back what you give out so be polite and friendly and willing to accept something different. The nurses ( especially donna) have always followed through on treatments etc. making sure referrals have been acted on. I wish my son had this practice instead of the way worse one he attends. I would recommend it to anyone.”

“I had a completely different experience to most first time visiting this surgery for wound care that my local gp couldn’t provide any longer and honestly I saw senior nurse Marie and she was brilliant explained far more than my own surgery I felt like she wanted to help. It’s all too easy to have negative things to say but honestly I have None I had a lovely experience and will be happy to go back to them for wound care. She was very thorough and although I only had a 20min appointment I didn’t feel rushed and she explained that I could get a 40minute one to go into things in more detail really can’t fault this surgery at all up to now 10/10”

“I take my 1 year old cat to Chantry Vets every 3 months now for weighing and his flea treatment. It is always clean and tidy and the staff couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. My cat seems to like the vet we see (which is more than can be said for other people) and we have seen the same one since he was 14 weeks old. He is very good with him and it amazes me every time that he doesn't hiss or scratch. It is a lovely feeling to know that he is growing and developing as he should and that there are no issues, it gives me peace of mind.”

“The work that Ally has put in with me over the last 9 Months has changed my life. I went from years worth of pain and agony with lack of mobility and poor assistance from Doctors and guess work from hospital visits to being pain free and fully mobile again. In January of this year i started my journey with Ally's help to try find out what the issue was with my chronic pain in my lower back and right leg which caused me unbearable pain and lack of movement. Ally knew straight away from some tests with my what the issue was and said that once we had my MRI results back from the hospital she would be able to confirm but was certain of the issues i had. (Had seen multiple doctors previously all saying different things and none of there advised helped) MRI results came back and Ally was spot on with what she believe the issue was "herniated Disc that was trapping my root nerve". This stopped me from walking and standing straight with constant pain daily and made life incredibly hard. The work i did with Ally was amazing and every week i felt like there was small but amazing improvements to my pain relief and mobility leading to 4-5 months later i was up and mobile again with close to 0 pain and able to start going to the gym to help grow further strength from the lessons and bits Ally had taught me. 8-9 Months later and i am now with 0 pain fully and run daily and have completed a recent 15k and go snowboarding weekly. My life has turned around massively from all the help and lessons that Ally has taught me to help my body recover properly and cant recommend her enough, plan to see Ally now every couple of months to keep my body happy and working for me the way it should. Thank you for all your help Ally!!!”
