“Visited for a (very) early lunch. Not my first visit and certainly not my last. 不错，口味不错，服务态度也挺好的 Service was polite and efficient. We had Kung Poa chicken, potato and aubergine and spicy cucumber. All dishes were excellent and well seasoned. Dishes are turned out fast but always freshly cooked. Atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.”

“Absolute hidden gem! It’s so humble on the outside, but the food and the flavours are so good! It was so hard to decide what to get, because there’s so many delicious options. We started with the Tom Yum (a personal fav that was the most flavourful I’ve ever had, not too spicy and with juicy chicken) and fried prawns. Noodles soups for main, both with generous portions, wonderful broth once again and packed full of toppings. The pink milk drink was delightful too, sweet and moreish - just wish we’d noticed the mango sticky rice on the specials board for dessert, what a treat that would’ve been and no doubt as delicious as the rest. The service was smiley and very kind, quick and charming. Very lovely indeed! Will very much be back!”

“Definitely the finest and most value money Turkish restaurant in the city. The food is fresh, the service is personal and the correct balance of spices and other ingredients. Bring your own alcohol too! Highly recommend the chicken beyti meal or the chicken sarma beyti. You won't be disappointed whether it's a take away or sit in meal. Also wonderful for young children.”

“We went to Marchee Wok the first time yesterday after hearing that they offer gluten free options to their dishes. My partner gets really adverse reactions to eating gluten so she hasn’t been able to have much from the Chinese previously. However, Marchee Wok appears to be the answer! Top quality food offered at a reasonable price so I think this will be our new regular spot!”

“Lees of Birstall is a lovely little take away in the heart of the village. Whenever I have visited here I have always been warmly welcomed, and the lady behind the counter is more than happy to cater to any special requirements one might have. The food is always of good quality and doesn't taste like its loaded with salt, msg or have a gummy or greasy texture. “I came in to do a food review for my college assignment and the first thing, the staff were very kind - very good customer service and offered to help and recommended me what food to pick and order. The food didn't disappoint, it was hot and packed with flavour. The noodles were steaming hot yet the broth was light and delicious it was a really big portion but the aroma was extremely mouth watering. The green tea was light and had an earthy flavour which paired really well with the daifuku - it was sweet, chewy and had a really good filling. Overall it was a really good experience since it was the first time I came to do a food review and also the first time I came by myself to a restaurant. I hope to come again and try different dishes :)”
