“Stayed in Newton for a month and came here nearly everyday… Fresh baked goods, solid meat selection, and plenty of fruits/vegs. Coming from Hawaii the prices were absolutely better. The quality of everything blew our minds. Back home there is a lack of “organic” options. Imagine paying $2 for one apple in Hawaii while for 99p you could get six! We spent probably £400-500 here where we would have spent $2,200+ at home for the same stuff.”

“This is a fantastic corner shop. It has such a wide range of products. From soft drinks to alcohol, fresh and frozen food, daily newspapers and much more. The shop is always clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, which makes every visit a pleasure. “Bought an electric toothbrush with Tesco vouchers. It stopped charging , despite trying different cables and sockets. Took it to the help desk and a wonderful woman called Abigail went above and beyond what I had expected or could have hoped for. I had no reciept and was three months out in the date & Abigail found it on the till. She agreed the brush was faulty and offered an exchange, which was exactly what I had hoped for but thought it unlikely. The exchange was complicared because we had used Tesco vouchers. She sorted that and got the vouchers replaced. There were more complications which she also sorted. She deserves a medal for her patience and understanding.”

“Excellent parking, safe and well managed, easy access to store and town centre too. Useful concession inside with Timpsons for key cutting etc, as you go into store. There is toilet facility inside store and excellent pharmacy, plus cafe if you are hungry. “Updated review Re-visited on 2 February 2024… still the same, more food and wider range of products. Still spotless and good vibes all over the shopping centre. Relatively cheap, compared to other stores, and the quality of food (especially fruits, vegetables, fish…) way the best here. Nice and clean shop. Covid safe. Great location and really fresh goods! Friendly and helpful staff. I like the party part of the shop. Balloons, and different celebration table decorations. Cheap.”
