I would undoubtedly go back to be served by her again as she was honestly one of the most helpful customer advisers I have spoken to in a while.”

“Got snakebites done by Charlotte, who was very professional and friendly. While getting pierced, Charlotte was very fast and made sure I was comfortable, allowing me to choose which position would be most comfortable and having sweets and drinks ready for if I felt faint. She gave me all the aftercare advice I needed followed by a little aftercare note and a spray to sanitise my piercings. (Also, allowed my partner to come upstairs and hold my hand which was very considerate and rlly helpful since I am a nervous wreck) On top of this, the overall vibe of the studio was brilliant; all of the staff were friendly and from what I could see, made other customers feel at ease as well. I would 100% come back here for both piercings and tattoos. :)”

The staff, especially Elizabeth (Liz) at the reception, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. They kindly stored our luggage for free when we arrived early, and even called us at 1 PM to let us check in earlier than the standard time. The apartment was clean, well organized, and the kitchen was fully equipped. At checkout, they also kept our luggage until 7 PM, which was very convenient.”
