“After a fair bit of research and looking around the web, I ordered a large bulk order, 81 of their 2.4m x 45 x 220mm Planed Timber for my new furniture business. I sent a few messages to confirm they were kiln dried and that they are kept indoors, something a lot of other suppliers don't do for their kiln dried. All communication was excellent, prompt and friendly. Arrived well and as I'm not too far away by my local courier, Grand prix express, who where also great and were able to get the pallet delivery, right up to my workshop, saving a lot of work and stress. Boards are nice, straight and planned, I also checked their moisture content with a moisture meter and they were nice and dry. My batch were very characterful, with a fair few with a lovely subtle pinkish hue. 45mm thickness is excellent, nice balance, look good and really solid, while being lighter than expected pretty marginal weight increase over standard Scaff boards. Price is also amazing, looking forward to making even more builds with them and hopefully ordering more at some point. Very happy and highly recommended. Many Thanks Casey”

He took my number and said he would have a good look and ask other members of staff too. He called me later on in the afternoon to say they where not there. disapointed not to get one but lovely customer service, cheers Paul, Top Man.”

“We ordered some doors for next day delivery before thinking about handles. Found some we liked and aslef if they could be ordered and added to delivery. Difficult to do apparently but the staff could not have done more to try and find a way to help. As it happened there weren't enough handles available but even then the staff were searching other stores to see if they could help further. Brightened my day. Doors arrived next day as promised and within time slot. Great experience all around.”
