“Absolutely phenomenal! Ribeye cooked to perfection, chunky chips were really nice and cooked well. Stilton Diane sauce was also really good. The star of the show for us unbelievably was the white chocolate cheesecake with berry compote. This dessert was so light and tasted amazing, honestly one of the nicest things ive ever tasted! Served by Holly, fantastic service and friendly smile. Made sure we were looked after during our visit. Very informative and well presented. The dining area was very clean and modern, a real nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. 5 stars all round.”

“My food was really good, I got a spicy beef pasta that had Villa Romana in the name. I had a dessert from the dessert trolley too. Tiramisu! It was good but also £7.85. The service was quick and atmosphere was pretty relaxed. Main, Dessert and Soft Drink was just under £30”

“We loved this place in the Albert Dock in Liverpool. We had the Pad Thai and Massaman beef curry. They were both great. The place was bouncing at 8.30 on a Sunday night so the atmosphere was great! This is somewhere we would definitely go back to!”

He advised us with everything in mind and recommended practical options within our budget, this built up trust and we felt like he was advising the best solution. “A Memorable Dining Experience - Delicious Food & Genuine Service We had a fantastic time dining here - from start to finish, everything was spot on. The food was absolutely delicious. The steak stood out in particular - incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned, and served with some of the tastiest sauces we've had in a long time. The chips were hands-down the best we've tried - crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, just how they should be. Starters and dessert were lovely with flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Every course made us feel good - comfort food done with real skill. The atmosphere had an old-school charm with nice tables and classic touches. All the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive without being fake - you could tell they genuinely cared about the service. If there’s anything that could be improved, it would be the entrance area - it doesn’t quite reflect the warmth and quality of what’s inside. Adding a few period-appropriate tunes could also enhance the overall vibe and complement the classic style nicely. All in all, a fantastic experience - we’ll definitely be returning!”

“We are at the hotel next to this bar and we'd looked at coming in last night but went into the centre. We had dinner at Pho and didn't want to venture too far and thought we'd pop in and we're so pleased we did! Aaron took care of us all night, we had delicious cocktails and made us feel very special for our anniversary. The venue is fab with a great vibe, the team are very friendly and it's great value for money given the quality of the drinks being served. Shame we don't live here because we'd be regulars!”

“Lovely venue in a convenient place. Lovely seats in the theatre. Good view from all sides of the theatre. Bar area upstairs is spacious, prices are a little more expensive, but you're on a night out so it it expected. Comfortable seating and tables in the Bar area.”

“Our entire stay was beyond fabulous! We were fortunate enough to get an early check in, which truly helped traveling with a 5 year old. Madison was a delight at the front desk. The room was quaint but really nice. Not a lot of space for 3 large suitcases but we made due. The location is amazing. The view of Derby Square, great. And being in the heart of everything made exploring fantastic and easy. The shower and towel warning rack were awesome too! We had breakfast there the first morning and it was really good. Overall a wonderful experience! We will be back!”

“We go to the showcase weekly. The people who work there are absolutely lovely and so helpful and knowledgeable. Danielle, in particular, is great. I’m disappointed to see that she’s no longer on the desk and there is a self serve screen to use instead. Nobody likes faffing around with self serve in the cinema. It’s the main reason we don’t go to the Odeon at Switch Island; it’s annoying, takes longer and removes the human connection that makes the Showcase different to other cinemas. As well as Danielle, the security guard (I don’t know his name sorry) is really helpful and knowledgeable about the films being shown. Every other member of staff has always been really helpful and nice too. The people who work there are what differentiates the Showcase from other cinemas. I could stay home and stream a film or I can go to the Showcase and talk to nice, interesting people who always go the extra mile and can discuss a film with us. There are bigger cinemas, posher cinemas, cheaper cinemas, etc but the people who work there are what makes the Showcase stand out. Thank you”
