She was very professional, pleasant, informative and knowledgeable, Alessia explained what she was going to do: the mapping and then hybrid tinting. At first, my brows looked so alien to me ( never had them done before!! ), but on day 2 I am used to them and lots of my friends commented that they are great and give a nice frame to my face. I would definitely recommend her - great location in Hoole, worth for the money and great friendly service :)”

“Very grateful Angie works late on a Thursday as it is super convenient if you’re busy in the working day. Only waited maybe 20 minutes as a drop-in at around 1800, Angie was a great host, and provided an excellent cut. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.”

Oli however was awesome, explained my piercing and everything I’d need after it. And even when I had an issue with the jewellery after, oli was more than happy to help me with it. “Cannot recommend Mode of Chester enough! So glad I booked myself and mum in ahead of my brother's wedding. Yas was great, and her attention to detail was second to none. Both her and Rachael were determined to make sure our hair would last the full day - mission complete!! After giving me a curly blow dry, they noticed a couple of sections that could do with a bit more hold so went above and beyond by going over everywhere with tongs. Safe to say, my hair stayed pristine, and even looked nice the morning after. My mum also had a blow dry, and not only did she get the most voluminous style, but was also given tips on how to put on her fascinator, and make her hair look thicker on the daily. It's a shame we're not local to the area, or we'd be back all the time! Thank you so much for a fab experience (and do).”
