βI have to say I've sprained my arm very badly & it's so painful. I visited our Well Pharmacy at Orford, Tuesday 15 July & was greeted/approached by a lovely meaningful Lady named Lisa, who dealt with my particular needs. On occasions I have been in the shop & witnessed her customer service which is next to none & exceptional in to today's ignorance of some staff, she's in control & puts customers first. Nice people should be made aware & let know Karenβ
βToo many lies on these reviews.. especially about the pharmacist. This is a great pharmacy and always excellent service! They receive horrendous abuse and something should be done about that.β

βSuper friendly and extremely passionate staff. Mike was brilliant and set us up for a great start.β
βExcellent private vets, when the PDSA are unable or unwilling to help. (That's even if you can get registered as a new member with PDSA) Medivet Anfield are amazing and doesn't cost an arm and a leg like most private veterinary practices. Quite the opposite, relatively cheap, comparatively and the level of care and professionalism provided is above and beyond what you would expect for a practice for the very reasonable prices they charge. I can't express how surprised I was at the level of quality of care provided for my pets. They are amazing and I would highly recommend them to any pet owner. Even over the donation and apparent charitable nature of the PDSA, I'd rather pay a little bit more and have my pets properly looked after by professionals who aren't rushing under pressure and having you wait for ages with sometimes uncertainty about the treatment you will receive. Don't get me wrong. I'm not slating the PDSA as they play a vital role for many people for different reasons. I'm just saying, in my humble opinion, if you have the choice, this vet is preferable for me 100% of the time! 5 Stars βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβ

βVery friendly staff. With a large mixed bull breed I often find people scared of my dog but the staff here were so welcoming. We used hydrotherapy and the specialist was very patient. Will definitely be back.β
βNew to the practice and very impressed. Staff are lovely and the vet is very informative. Would highly recommend them.β
βSaw my dog as a same day emergency when he was unable to walk and in a lot of pain, my pets werenβt under their care at the time. My own vets wouldnβt see us for two weeks but Medivet billinge fit us in and were excellent. Have since moved both my dogs here and have seen my nervous / vet aggressive dog a couple of times as an emergency and are very patient, caring and flexible.β
βOutstanding service when dealing with an emergency prescription. It makes such a difference when people make things easy and stress free. Cannot recommend highly enough. Many thanksβ
βIf I could do more than 5 stars I would do! Iβve used this Cattery now 2 times this year since getting my kitten Harlow earlier the same year. Maria is so friendly and helpful to answering any and all questions I had regarding my kittyβs stays in her amazing cat hotel. You can just tell from the first interactions you have with her that she will ensure your kitty has the best stay possible! The Cattery itself is kitted out with loads of play things and spaces for your cat to go to and mess with. Itβs a very very clean and organised environment. I love it when I get sent pictures and videos of my Harlows time away. It really helps to calm your nerves and know that your kitty is safe and happy. I also love how Maria also does a disco at night with colourful disco lights and music for all that cats to enjoy. I could honestly go on and on about how amazing this place is! If you need a place for your kitten or cat to stay and are looking for somewhere I would defo recommend here! I canβt wait for Harlows next stay, youβre truly a remarkable and caring woman Maria!β
βAbsolutely amazing. We were on holiday nearby to the surgery and our dog hurt her paw. Dan was able to see us straight away and helped our poor doggy. He was amazing. And now our dog has everything she needs to heal. Thank you so much Sands veterinary practiceβ
βI travel from Prescot to get my raw food for my dogs from here. Staff are always friendly and helpful. There is always stock in the freezers and a good variety. My dogs love the food from here and especially the treats I come back with, for them :-)β
βVillage Vets have been taking care of our cats for around fifteen years. We have always found all their vets to be professional, caring, honest (even when itβs news you donβt want to hear) and realistic. We have total faith in the care they provide and bring so close to our home, it is a peace of mind that is invaluable to us and our pets.β
βOn my visit I saw Andrew who I usually see as I prefer continuity of care. Ruby had a lump which had been checked and had started to grow so needed further investigation before removal. Andrew referred Ruby for a CT scan and subsequently an operation. Ruby has recently had op and is in recovery stage so hopefully all will be well. Andrew us always professional, cares about his patients and provides an excellent service.β
βOur Bichon Poppy has been seen by Rohan since she was a tiny puppy, and sheβs now 10 years old. Heβs such a caring person and an amazing vet, we feel lucky to have found him and always feel Poppy is in good hands with him. Poppy is quite nervous at the vets and itβs really helped that Rohan has always taken such care with her and tried to keep appointments as stress free as possible. As owners we have always found him so approachable and always willing to explain everything in simple terms, which is so reassuring when Poppy is ill.β
βA great experience at NW vet specialists. Mabel came to see Ed and the team after having a failed operation to rectify an operation when she was 1 year old. Needless to say I was fearing the worst after the experiences we have had. Ed was hopeful a TPLO would work and spent time checking this would be best for her due to her history. As a very over protective dog mum I was understandably anxious about another operation however Mabel was well looked after and was soon home for her recovery journey. We had to attend due to a wound issue and they promptly admitted her for the day and looked after me very well whilst I waited for her. The team have been on hand on the phone when needed for reassurance and the ladies on reception are absolute gems. Mabel is making steady progress and has her spark back after so long struggling. And all being well she will fully recover and be back to her 5am wake ups for her morning long walk. I wish we had been under your care years ago !β
βHave used this vet for over 13 years. Wouldnβt go anywhere else. Yes you may queue but you would at A&E and at least that means that the vet is giving your pet a thorough check over. All staff are so friendly and helpful.β
βLuckily was sent to this practice (out of hours) on two occasions over the last two years. Both times my very elderly dogs had to be put to sleep. Absolutely the right decision. The care of the staff was so exemplary that I decided to move over to them permanently. Even though itβs a half hour drive, it 100% worth it.β
βMy sweet greyhound experienced some loss of weight due to fretting for a few days at the start of his stay. Not carrying much weight to begin with, he lost weight rapidly and staff at Early Paws were concerned. Without going into the details, Early Paws staff cared for him, keeping him warm with a coat and putting the heater on in his kennel and tempted him to eat with tripe and extra feeds and managed to get his weight back. They liaised with me and my boy was fine and his usual self when I picked him up. BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF.β
βAll the ladies are so lovely, always met friendly, discreet and professional mannerβ
βLovely visit yet again, everybody so caring. Peggy was too interested in who and what was in the waiting room rather than her new sloth...!β
βVillage vets Crosby are always there when needed. Amazing practice . ALL the staff are amazing. Christine the vet was exceptional as usual . We wouldnβt take our dogs anywhere else. She listened to our concerns and thoroughly checked our dogs before prescribing medication. She gave helpful advice regarding keeping our pets safe and stress free during fireworks season. Thank you Village Vets Crosby .β
βJust picked up Ted, our westie, after his first stay at Ewloe. Heβs come back very happy and full of energy. I was a little apprehensive as he can be reactive and a little fussy who he lets deal with him but he obviously felt safe and relaxed as there were no issues during his stay. Thank you so much to everyone at Ewloe for looking after our little fella so well and understanding his personality.β
βReally happy with the service. Got appointment for a few days after I called. Staff very friendly especially the vet himself and offered lots of proper advice on puppy and training. They had an offer on for both puppy vaccinations, worm and flea treatment and kennel cough vaccine for Β£85.β
βBest vet experience weβve ever had, everyone is very patient and caring and make our anxious dog feel better about going to the vet. Also, when we needed to make a vet claim they were super fast at getting the information across to our insurance company which meant that we got the money back much quicker. Would recommend to anyone!β
