Since bringing home our pup at 12 weeks (he’s now 11 months), we’ve attended private sessions, group training, and even the puppy parties and every experience has been fantastic. Kayleigh went above and beyond to ensure our boy, Hugo, was matched with the right trainer for his challenging temperament. “We booked the private field at Larton’s for a big group of us and unfortunately there was a mix up with times, meaning we were almost all turned away without the dogs getting a chance to play. Luckily an excellent staff member ran around and rectified the situation for us so we still got our time in the private field, really going above and beyond our expectations. “I had started on my way home from Wrexham to Anglesey when I remembered I needed some sheep feed. I Googled and found details of this hidden gem What a fantastic place! Great selection of products for smallholders, horse and pet owners, and they also had an array of craft items for sale behind the counter. 25kg baga here seemed to be around the same price as 20kg bags in my local Wynnstay. The H J Lea Oakes brand of feed sold here is excellent quality too.”

“We have been taking our dogs here for a few years. They are happy to go and we are happy with the way they are cared for. The fact we can take their own food means no upset tummies when we get them back. We also take their own bedding and toys. We get a small discount for 2 in a bed and for our own food. Their accommodation is big and heated when needed. Hayley and Mike and their staff are professional but very friendly. Our 5 dogs love them and we highly recommend them.”

“The help and customer service that I received from the 2 gents was second to none! I called at 16.30pm on Bonfire night to find out what they had to help my dog cope with the fireworks. They informed me that they were just closing (they close an hour early on Bonfire Night, NYE etc to tend to their own dogs/pets) but if I could get there asap, they would wait. When I got there, they had a few products waiting and gave me a full rundown of how each of them worked. Following a personal recommendation (which was actually the cheaper product) I took home the product 'Fireworks'. Homeopathic based drops that could be given orally or in his water bowl. They explained, thoroughly, how to use it and the results spoke for themselves. With a little help from some cuddles and TV, my boy didn't even know it was bonfire night!!! I couldn't recommend this place more!!! Thank you so so much!!! The pictures say more than I ever could!! Thank you from myself and Khan (Age 10) x”

“Just collected my 2 girls from Rose Tree. I was very nervous leaving them as not been into kennels before. I need not of worried, they've come home very happy look absolutely lovely . They had a bath smelt beautiful. The regular pictures posted on Facebook really reassured me . The outdoor paddocks are very secure. And lots of toys to play with. staff are really amazing and clearly love the animals like their own Thank you all for looking after Suzie & Mollie. Will defiantly use them again.”

“Brought my two dogs for vaccinations. As always Sean was brilliant with them. My 14 year old Collie Alfie is very nervous but Sean always puts him at ease and keeps him calm. He did Alfie's kennel cough vaccine without Alf getting stressed. Our young Goldendoodle Daisy enjoyed the fuss he made of her and didn't even notice the needle going in and took the kennel cough nose squirt like a champ. She's booked in to be spayed next week with Sean and I know she will be in safe hands. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. The receptionists are lovely - big mention to Claire who's been there forever and is brilliant.”
