“Kids loved it! We found the outdoors trail path and play area was a nice way to fill some time at the end, as it doesn't take too long to walk around the aquarium. The shark talk was interesting, but some was hard to hear as kids were screaming.”

“Stopped in here to have some food with the parents. Weekday lunch and we all opted for the Carvery and it Didint disappoint. 11.95 for a regular plate and it was good value for money. Meats available were Turkey, Beef and Gammon and they were all juicy and not dry. Veg had plenty of choice inc the usual suspects plus parsnips, cauliflower cheese etc. overall good tasty food with pleasant atmosphere. Walking distance to and from Cheshire Oaks and also had free parking. This place is Dog friendly but has limited tables near the bar that accommodate dogs so call ahead to check if needed to reserve a table.”

I'm very grateful for Laura and Caz to have comforted me today, after a particularly bad day. Thankyou so much. It is a delight to go here.”

“Amazing food, fantastic value for money doing the pizza buffet on Xmas eve. Pizzas were all piping hot and constantly topped up. Service was great, Alicia was fantatstic checking everything was ok, making sure we had everything we needed and clearing up the mess with no issue when my 5yr old dropped her plate! Would recommend.”

“We came here today for the first time in over a year. I give it all fives as didn’t have any problems. The server was very friendly, food was brilliant and the atmosphere was nice. The robot butler came a few times with our food - that was an unexpected twist. Overall, definitely better than Broughton Park.”

“Hayley recently did the food for my parents party. Firstly she was very reliable and easy to communicate with. Then on the eve the quality of the food was amazing and well presented. Everything was freshly prepared , the sausage rolls were especially good. Everyone at the party commented how lovely the food was. “A good place to stop halfway around the shops… This Pret is a nice spacious cafe with super comfortable seats and a good choice of food and drinks. We came in here initially hoping to get a nice refreshing iced tea but unfortunately couldn’t see any on the menu (so assumed that iced tea isn’t an option in Pret, as we’ve never been to one before) there were bottles of green tea in the fridge but it wasn’t quite what we were looking for. The cake selection was brilliant and all of them looked great, my partner chose a chocolate croissant - she said it was delicious and one of the best ones she’s ever had, it was nice and light pastry with plenty of chocolate filling/flavour. We had a bottle of peach tea from the fridge which was ok but nothing amazing. The leather seats in here are very comfortable and you’ll just sink into them, I honestly could have sat there for hours. The staff were very friendly, at least the gentleman who served us was - he was very chatty and had a smile on his face which just made the whole transaction a better experience.”

“Son had a laser quest party here yesterday and it was great. Kids loved it and we thought it was great value for money. Would highly recommend, didn't have to worry about anything as everything was sorted for us. The staff hosting the party were all helpful and friendly!”

“Simply the best in my eyes, wouldn't go anywhere else. I love the food, great chef's, friendly staff, always courteous whether on the phone or collecting. Wide choice of dishes to choose from and you can always ask for advice on food if you are not sure. Also award winning chef.”

“Ordered online for pick up. All the food was tasty, good quality and plentiful. Plenty of meat in the dishes and all very tasty. Only problem was that we had too much food to eat in one session. We've never had a bad meal from here so give it a try you won't regret it”

“My have stayed here for 3 nights now and due to depart tomorrow. During our stay we had an issue with the heating on the first night and when speaking to a very nice gent called Ryan the next morning he came to the room to sort the problem out straight away. For me it's not if there's a problem but how it's corrected. This was done really quickly and efficiently. The rest of the stay was really good. Great staff and good tasty food. But a special mention should be for Ryan, every time we went downstairs from our room he was there with a smile on his face whether that was 11 o'clock at night or 7 o'clock in the morning he is a real asset. We will be back again.”

“I've been going to Leon for a few years now and at various locations. I came to the Ellesmere Port branch, following a busy day of shopping catching the New year deals. The staff were polite and welcoming. Although that day they were short staffed and running out of key menu items, they still kept me informed of where my order was. I opted this time for the vegan burger and Jack wings. The burger was delicious, in thanks to the soft, sweet bun and the shading burger sauce. The Jack (fruit) wings were crispy and creamy at the same time, and when dipped in the garlic aioli, was a heavenly combination.”
