“I called in at the garden centre today as I needed 2 trellis....I couldn't see one of the sizes a young lady at the till said they had 4 of the size I needed ....so a your man helped me look he found them but they were on a display!!!.. he went out of his way to ask a manager if I could buy on if them and he got me a discount as it had been on a display..then an older man came and help get the trellis off the display..sorry I didn't get there names... “Went to the store today to purchase some stone chippings for my garden. After managing to lift the heavy bags into a trolley, I then tried to push it to the checkout. On seeing me struggling I was approached by a member of staff who took my trolley from me and wheeled it to the checkout. Not only did he scan them for me he then offered to take them to my car and put them in my boot. He went above and beyond and I want to thank him for the service he provided. His name was Brian, he truly was a credit to the store. Thank you Brian you are a star ⭐”

Well it was good, even better than good! Quite a range of starters and mains with just a bit of a delay getting the mains to the table. “Called into the Upton store fore a firepit that was in the sale as online said had 2 in stock. could not see them. asked a member of staff to check but could not find them. He took my number and said he would have a good look and ask other members of staff too. He called me later on in the afternoon to say they where not there. disapointed not to get one but lovely customer service, cheers Paul, Top Man.”

Jamie is courteous , polite , efficient and arrived at the times agreed we then discussed the necessary work needed to make them look like new again .
