βAll the staff at Bridgefoots are so thoughtful and helpful. The compassion show, how dignified and peaceful when Gunn had to be given eternal sleep. Thank you to all .Denise and Samβ
βAbsolutely fantastic! My cat was neutered here and they were so great with him, I was happy knowing he was so well looked after, they kept me updated the whole time and I was able to use the cats protection voucher. With this they did the op and we also had two check ups within the next few weeks which were included in the cost. They also treated him when he had an infection from a cat bite, they were quick and efficient and he made a full recovery. The quality of service you get here for the cost is unbelievable. Iβve recently taken out a pet plan for my dog which is also very affordable considering everything thatβs included. The building itself is always clean and the reception staff are kind and very helpful. Iβve had many pets who have been registered at multiple different vets on the Wirral but this is by far my favourite. Canβt recommend them enough!β
βWe had to sadly attend on a Sunday morning emergency with our boy Kolo. He was very unwell, but PDSA and the vet and veterinary nurse were just amazing. We had to put kolo to sleep, but they were so kind and considerate and everything I had always dreaded happening never happened. It was so peaceful and kind and humane, I will appreciate that vet forever. Thank youβ
βThe vet I saw yesterday was amazing. I canβt rate him enough. My dog wonβt let anyone near her ears and he was so calm with her and she let him out gel in her ears. She was like a diff dog!! The lady on reception couldnβt have been more helpful either. I really hope this vet stays as I will definitely go back if he is there.β
βTook my old Shih Tzu Teddy to Upholland on Friday morning , I honestly thought he was a gonner he got ill and deteriorated so fast in a few hours. We saw a tall blonde Irish vet she was brilliant, straight forward and advised us to admit him for a drip, bloods and antibiotics which we did. I picked Ted up at 5.30 and although still very poorly he had improved so much, now two days on he is brighter, happier and eating and drinking. The vet nurse and receptionist were also great and a pleasure to deal with. When you are anxious and worried itβs so important when the staff are kind. Iβve wrote this review because I had a bad experience a few years ago and emailed Austin the then owner about it, we stayed with the practice but only saw Austin after it. My Yorkie Rosie was being admitted for dental work, the vet nurse who dealt with us was horrible, really nasty and spoke down to me like I was beneath her, I felt guilty all day knowing she was caring for my dog, could go on, but the upshot is she is no longer there, donβt think I was one with a bad experience of her.β
βAll great service and love for all pets welfareβ
βStaff were extremely friendly and put our little 8 week old puppy at ease for her first jabs, couldn't recommend them enoughβ
βGreat service whenever we go, never any wait times. We have used myvet for all 3 of our cats and always receive the same high quality service each time. Receptionists and vets always helpful and pleasant. Reasonable prices in comparison to the others nearby, a good local vets!β
βMargo cut her leg and required stitches, she had surgery and had two follow up appointments post op. It went very well and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Reasonable competitive price too!β
βAlways helpful and efficient. Very friendly nurses and receptionists. I have felt confident with them looking after my pets. -need to get another exotic vet though as vet I have seen with a really poorly guinea pig didnβt seem to know a lot about them.β
βAmazing vets, saved my dogs life, couldnβt ask for a better service β€οΈβ
βWhen my rescue pup and me were referred to the practice by our vet, walks were so stressful I dreaded taking her out and was close to tears sometimes. I was even considering whether I was the right person for my dog. Working with Isla has been invaluable. She shared her vast knowledge and understanding of dog behaviours which helped me to look at my pups reactive responses in a different way enabling me to relax, develop patience and feel confident when out walking with her. I have felt so supported and understood and am in no doubt that we would not be where we are without Islaβs help. In addition everyone I have spoken to at Behavioural Referrals has been friendly and helpful. Andrea has gone out of her way to sort out the insurance claims making things less complicated for me. I am so grateful to the whole team and highly recommend their services to anyone struggling with dog behaviours.β
βRutland House has been our family's vets for all of our dogs for close to 20 years. They have been exceptional. They have given us practical advice on treatments that are kindest for our dogs and even recommend medications we could get ourselves cheaper than they could prescribe. Always felt listened to and looked after by the vets. They have provided excellent care for our current dog, Dolly, who needs complex treatment for a skin condition that would otherwise have left her in constant discomfort and illness. She's doing great now! And always happy to see the vets, which is nice. And when it sadly come time to put our last two dogs to sleep, Barney and Daisy, they made sure that they were as comfortable as possible, no pain or suffering and with Daisy they gave us invaluable time with her on her last day at home, as the medication they gave us made her as close to her old self as possible, one last time. I will always be grateful for that. Personally, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Thank you, Rutland House, for looking after us and our furry family members over the years.β

βI can only now 2 years and 9months later describe my experience with Batn Lodge. My little jack Russell Lou Lou was nearly 18years old when Adam came to her home and put her fast asleep, all through Lou Lous life I have been going to this practice and the vets have been wonderfull, especially Adam who looked after Lou Lou till the very end Irene Craigeβ
βAmazing care for our very sick cat. She's doing much better thanks to this team of vets especially Nancy. She is so caring with Lexie and ourselves and that means so much when your furbaby is sick. We are so grateful to you. Thank you xβ
βWent on a Saturday night. They treated my dog quickly and efficiently. All was fine. They do insurance paperwork for you too which is great. I also witnessed amazing compassion from the lady on reception, I don't recall her name but she is an asset to Vets Now, they should be proud to have her.β
βI see this vet is getting a few bad reviews but I have been using them since I moved to Skelmersdale 3 years ago, during that time, they have provided excellent care to my salukis and Lurchers and also to my Saluki puppy litters. I can't fault them based on my own experienceβ
βThe staff were absolutely brilliant with me & my dog, Eddie. His health declined rapidly over the weekend & I had no choice but to have him put to sleep. From the phone call to when I left they were sympathetic without being gushing. Thank you for making a bad time a little easier Karenβ
