“Ordered some food for take away, first time ordering from here and was recommended by my friend that the breakfast here was really good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, as I wasn't sure what to order and what I could get as take away. We got the pancakes nutella and toasty mediterranean. The food looked amazing and tasted great, would definitely recommend it. I also overheard another customer asking for their eggs to be changed to well done and the staff immediately redid their egg for them without a moments hesitation, thumbs up from me. The cafe was very comfortable and had a welcoming environment. I even noticed a corner with a doll house for children to keep themselves occupied if need be. Edit: went back again for the Turkish sandwich and ice vanilla latte, such a taste bud delight”

“Was planning on going to the popular cafe next door but the line was over 2 hours and so we decided to to give this place a go as the food looked good and it was busy but no queue. Very happy that we did as it was a lovely breakfast. The full English had everything you could want and was fresh. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was lovely too. Amazing bubble and squeak. Don’t bother waiting in the queue for next door. Come here!”

“Had my son's 5th birthday party here and him and his friends were having a blast. The trampoline area is big but not too overwhelming, several staff members were looking after everyone for safety reasons. The UV party room was excelent, the kids were all delighted. The food was fresh and tasty, the pizza was warm and delicious. The staff member was attentive and helpful in the room. I wish I took her name to put it here. We're all felt very well looked after and not rushed at all even if we passed our 30 minutes time in there. Thank you! We will be coming back!”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

“Absolutely we are loved our time here! The apartment was cozy and well-designed, perfect for a short or long stay. “I had a great stay at Adagio Sutton. Great hotel equipped with contemporary facilities. Rooms are very cleaned , good breakfast and beds are extra comfortable. Location wise Sutton train station is in a stone’s throw away distance. There’s a train goes to central London in every two minutes. There are a bunch of nice bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Above all hotel staffs are very friendly & professional. Their customers service are second to none. I recommend this hotel & I had already made a reservation for next summer.”

“We had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance! The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too. The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The ambience was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were so elegant it was like inside a palace. The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!”

“From your first step when you walk into the hotel up until you leave, you are treated like royalty by the stuff who can't do enough for you. The cleanliness all over is next level at this hotel. Breakfast serving is absolutely the best I've had at any hotel and they even have 24 hour coffee to enjoy the lovely lounge area. And then a selection of frozen foods and snacks for you to prepare and enjoy your kitchenette of your room. What a find. What a treat.”

“Amazing Stay! Definitely will be back again! Stayed for my partners birthday and the service was great, we were given a special treat in the room and a birthday card! The Ops Manager, Tibo, was exceptional! The care and thought put into the service provided will not be forgotten. From calling me prior to confirm my partners likes and interests, to welcoming us with a warm smile and asking about our long journey from Manchester. “Hi This house was in good location good condition. The room and all around the house was absolutely clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, bathroom toilet was real clean as I use to work a housekeeper of 5 star hotel . My family member was happy as they visited from Thailand. She is 82 years old. Lucky the house was perfect for her condition. I usually don’t like to give feedback but to be honest . They customer service help line was good. The key and the details they keep sending me was crazy . It’s too much but yes ! They care for you. So I give 100% and Thank you so much.”

“This is the third time I've been to the Harry Potter tour as its just so good, ove taken my daughter, friends and famiky back there. I dont think the tickets arw that expensive for whatbyou get and yes the shop os ridiculously over priced but yoi dont nees to buy anything and quite frankly if You do you will be spending half an hour of your day in the line waiting to pay so I'd rather buy something anywhere else or these days everywhere else. Its su h an imoresosve place and to be hoenst i notice different things everytime i have been”

“We had an excellent weekend stay at the Canopy. On arrival we received a very friendly, welcoming and efficient check-in service from Connor. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Due to a train delay, we arrived much later than planned, so ate at the hotel the first night. The food was delicious and, again, the service friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good. Not a huge selection, but still enough to choose from, and good quality. Our only issue was that the pillows in our room were too plump for our liking, but the staff promptly changed them for us. Throughout our stay, the staff were excellent. We would certainly stay here again.”

“I’m very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. When we arrived Melissa from the reception helped us to check in and she was lovely! Also Peter from the executive lounge was such a kind and warming staff member. He gave us some drinks even though it was already late. He always made sure we were okay. Actually i’m very satisfied about all of the staff. They were all so friendly. The rooms were amazing! And the beds…. Wow, i didn’t want to get out. Haha. The food quality in general could be better, but your hear no complaints from me. Im happy. Compared to a lot of other hotels where you pay exactly the same this hotel is just very very good!”

“Bruce’s is the best thing that happened for my pooch. As a single parent and a travel ridden job I was worried, post covid, about the experience I will give my young Lab, Loki. These guys are a part of Lokis extended family. Dog loving carers, plentiful of space for the pooches to engage meaningfully, care and safety taken care of on top of daily updates on pick up and drops. Loads of good luck guys , u guys are providing an awesome service Thanks Bedi”

“I had a really nice stay, booked myself a private room number 7 with bathroom. It had a big window that opens fully into the inner yard, was lovely. Breakfast is super, English breakfast served by very nice ladies. The place is greatly located next to Hyde Park and metro lines.”

“Location is super convenient. Jay was super helpful! He made our stay very welcoming. There is a supermarket and a Tesco near which makes it easy if you may want a late night snack or simply forgot to pack. The restaurants in the area are really nice. Mezimso food was amazing. This was an amazing place. Again Jay, shout out to you with your incredible service. Will come back !!”

“5 minute walk from Victoria Station. It is in a quiet residential area with a lovely hot breakfast daily. The room price is high for a very small room BUT the breakfast is high quality and adds so much value. Bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is staff available to get ice or linen. The restaurant is only open for the breakfast but does offer alcoholic drinks at night. Beds were very comfortable but there is literally very little space to walk or stand in the room. The proprietor is independent and should be supported for not joining a hotel chain. I recommend The Windermere”

“Booked in for 2 nights at St James' Court and it was a fantastic experience. Service was top notch and very friendly. We used the George V conference room which was fantastic room and plentiful of space for a group of 10. The break out area within the meeting room was very helpful for lunch and comfort breaks too. Used the spa for an hour on the 2nd day and it was a relaxing experience - wish I could have stayed for longer. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and so many options for both. Really enjoyed the whole experience and the team at A Taj made a real effort in making sure you had a great time.”

“Rooms are almost perfect except the size. Smaller but cleverly designed. There is no wardrobe that you can hang many clothes, either you keep them in the baggage or bring an iron. The location is great, very close to almost everything. People are friendly, they try to do their best to solve any need.”

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“This was a great hotel! The location was really convenient for sightseeing and catching the train. Lots of decent restaurants nearby that I strongly suggest you check out instead of the restaurant across the street. A few convenience stores nearby too that came in handy. The rooms were clean and spacious, my only slight complaint are the faucets in the bathrooms. They made a huge mess everytime I washed my hands. But overall, awesome property and I highly recommend!”

“Second time staying here. Hands down, best location in London from a connections standpoint. Fifteen minute walk from Liverpool station to connect you to Heathrow and several other tube stations close by. Easy walking through Shoreditch packed with great restaurants and great nightlife and pubs. One of the nicest hotels in London unless you want to spend £500 per night. Modern, beautifully decorated, generous size rooms for London standards, squeaky clean, an adequate gym with modern equipment, and a great lounge and bar. Will definitely be back and have had many colleagues stay here, all which were very impressed.”

“Have stayed here twice and have been blown away both times. Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!”
