All of the staff are very knowledgeable and easy going. I got my fish tn installed at my home with filter and all for very cheap! Thank you guys!”

“Was greeted by Charlotte while browsing the Tudor collection. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother and I never felt rushed at all. Was offered refreshments throughout and we chatted loads about the Tudor range. She really knows her stuff and is very passionate about the brand. Adam joined us to help with the part exchange and I think we were all equally happy with the final deal. Luckily I also purchased a couple of weeks before the Tudor price increase which meant the deal was even sweeter. I will definitely recommend Emson Haig, Charlotte and Adam if you are looking to purchase a Tudor in the SE of England and Essex area. Another member of the other staff, can’t think of the ladies name, was very friendly and chatty as well. The whole experience was a pleasure. I came back later in the day to collect the watch and Charlotte made the handover. Everything was explained very professionally but in an easy to understand manner. I am now the owner of a wonderful Tudor Black Bay Burgundy and will be revisiting them in the future for any purchases I’m looking to make. When collecting the items, Donna demonstrated how everything worked and answered all of our questions. All staff were very friendly and personable even when the shop was a little busy. “I do love wilko I always end up spending more than I intend to. They have such a wide range of items in here as it's quite a big one. Everything is neat and its easy to find items. The staff are helpful when you need something however, there never seems to be enough staff as I'm always looking around for one whenever I'm in there. The shop is super bright so it looks more spacious. I always find things I need in there.”

“We were served by Scott today and he was very friendly and helpful. My mum managed to get her curtains and cushions from the Thurrock store and we loved having a good look round all the departments. We also had a pot of tea in the cafe which was lovely. There’s so much to browse in store that we need a tea break! Dunelm is one of our favourite shops and we always head there first for beautiful quality housewares.”
