I had lots of questions and loved the decor of the shop, Adelso thoroughly answered and let me scroll the wooden boxes I loved so much. He even wrote a card for me to remember which shoe I want to buy next week. And he had a genuine laugh and smile with me. Honestly the best server I've ever dealt with my life. I mean it.”

“I.m used to jd sports having disinterested staff so when I visited the epsom branch I was pleasantly surprised. The young man who helped me was proactive and patient, friendly and smiley. I was so impressed I went out of my way to go here last week after receiving some vouchers for my kids. Again the staff were great. Girl on the till really patient and helpful and helped me with my vouchers and jd status points. I saw the same young man and he was friendly and chatty. Makes such a difference. I will visit again”
