The atmosphere is calm and cozy, with soft lighting and comfy seating — perfect for reading, working, or catching up with friends. The coffee is rich and smooth, especially the cappuccino and flat white. You can tell they care about quality, and the baristas usually get it just right. I also like their pastries and paninis — fresh, warm, and tasty without being too expensive. Service is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Some locations can get crowded, especially around lunchtime, but there’s usually space if you're patient. Overall: A great spot to relax with a well-made coffee and a bite to eat. We walked in just 30 minutes before closing, fully aware it was a last-minute visit — but that didn’t stop them from going above and beyond for us. Not only did they assist us right up until closing, but they stayed an extra 30 minutes after hours just to make sure I was fully sorted with the perfect suit. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help — even with the time pressure. “Visited this shop to get some trainers for myself and my husband. The service was good, but took a while to get our trainers as it was a bit busy. One staff member wasn't great and didn't look remotely interested in her job or look like she wanted to be there.
