“Visited Lakeside with the hope of finding an outfit for my sons wedding. First shop I went into and what a delightful experience it was. From the moment I walked in Jayne was so helpful and I came away completely fitted out and extremely happy. They even packed it up and sent it to my daughter as we were on the way home to Spain and didn't have room in our luggage. Couldn't recommend them enough.”

“I visited yesterday to shop for jewellery for my wedding, Clair was incredibly helpful and knew exactly what pieces to show me/suggest after making an effort to get to know me and my style, I was allowed to try on many pieces and Clair offered her opinion which was really helpful. “Being a larger man I was dreading drudging around lakeside being told " we only do your size online" so when I walked into N A Menswear on Saturday 23/03/24 I spoke to a very well dressed chap ( I an sorry I didn't get his or the lady who helped me Sunday) who couldn't do enough to help. He found the biggest jacket in the shop, but was not big enough, so he was on the phone and found a black suit, to be collected by a colleague on her way in on Sunday. I tried the 3 piece suit on and as he was aware I needed it on Tuesday he turned up the trousers while we waited . I can't thank N A Menswear of lakeside enough for your personal assistance in purchasing this suit and I will highly recommended that they come to you first. Thank you again.”

“Wife and I just went in to just browse very close to the shop's closing time. The manager helped us answer all the questions we had and also ensured that I can try a pair even though we were feeling guilty that the shop was close to closing time. The service she provided was not rushed at all and she took the time to help with size and we left purchasing my first ever Timberlands. Very happy customers!”

“Excellent Place, lots to choose from, based on Iceland products. Wide range of goods from frozen to tinned to packet food, small Electrical items. Parking lot is a bit fiddly with only one way out, with plenty of idiots pissballing about trying 8 attempts to reverse into a space. If they drove in forward or acted positively there would be no problems.”

“This is definitely the place to shop for families especially if you like to entertain and great for businesses too. There is a large variety of food, beverages, confectionery, alcohol and some electrical goods as well. The majority of the goods sold here are sold in large quantities or bulk. Costco has a very busy small/medium cafe with a limited menu. There is a very large car park, which is free to park, and just at the end of the car park is a handy petrol pump. Everything that I have seen is wheelchair friendly.”

Informed us of the 10% discount and also ways they can help find the sizes we were looking for at other stores. He certainly deserves recognition for his friendly helpful and polite manner. Will definitely be visiting again. My only downside for this shop is it does need more lighting.”

“Great for shopping when there's a sale. Went there when the entire store was 50% off. On top of that, got 15% off with a voucher that I printed off at home. Quite pleased with the savings and there's plenty of choice for the entire family. Sing up for their email newsletter and you will get to know about their sales. Note that for refunds or exchanges you have to go to a GAP Outlet store only and not the usual GAP store.”

“By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. The cafe has always been very busy so have not used yet Great store, excellent customer service, thank you M&S!”

“Has most of the items you would need for various pets. I have a ball python and the staff an knowledgeable about them and have the frozen rats i need for food. Staff all seem like genuine pet lovers/animal lovers which goes a long way in these kind of stores. Shoped here for many years for dog/snake/guinea pigs. Always helpfull.”

“Was greeted by Charlotte while browsing the Tudor collection. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother and I never felt rushed at all. Was offered refreshments throughout and we chatted loads about the Tudor range. She really knows her stuff and is very passionate about the brand. Adam joined us to help with the part exchange and I think we were all equally happy with the final deal. Luckily I also purchased a couple of weeks before the Tudor price increase which meant the deal was even sweeter. I will definitely recommend Emson Haig, Charlotte and Adam if you are looking to purchase a Tudor in the SE of England and Essex area. Another member of the other staff, can’t think of the ladies name, was very friendly and chatty as well. The whole experience was a pleasure. I came back later in the day to collect the watch and Charlotte made the handover. Everything was explained very professionally but in an easy to understand manner. I am now the owner of a wonderful Tudor Black Bay Burgundy and will be revisiting them in the future for any purchases I’m looking to make.
