Always polite and go above and beyond - Yesterday my prescription was short of tablets yet they ordered them straight away for delivery today, I thought super efficient and helpful. Some negative reviews on here, I would question some customers rather than staff - I always go in, smile (behind my mask) and say hello. The staff are doing a difficult job in a challenging time - I've witnessed customers pack into the shop, not social distance, be unrealistically demanding during a pandemic, then complain (seriously, who complains about passport photos in a pandemic?!). Try walking a day in the employee's shoes, I think they do brilliantly.”

This is the first time I visit this branch since I was visiting a friend in the area . He called his colleague that deals with that aisle but got no reply so went back to look himself. He returned shortly after with what I needed in his hand and a big smile. His name is Mahmudul, and was extremely friendly and helpful! Great service!”
