“8/10/25: I am a local and I like this Tesco. Staff work hard, the older gentleman on the door (security) is always polite and charming and they have a good range of products both fresh and discounted. In 2025, I understand it is easy to get annoyed and frustrated quickly at certain things including the giant corporation that is Tesco, but the workers are working hard and giving it their best in my humble opinion. Evri: I can see lots of negative feedback on Evri from this branch. Today I sent a parcel from there - I did print the label myself at home, I strongly recommend doing this to avoid the dreaded printer not working. I also saw a woman picking up a package. I don’t know if this is a push on their part to be better or whether the staff turn off Evri scanner and printer in busy periods/instructed to by management but again, be polite, print your own label and hopefully this will help. The guy on the counter at 5pm was very polite and helpful. Thanks for reading.”

My GP made a mistake and sent my prescription through to the wrong pharmacy, but the Lloyds Pharmacist was extremely helpful, explaining that I could phone the incorrect pharmacy and get them to release the prescription back to the spine so Lloyds could pick it up. They then did so and dispensed it, even though it was a minute before closing time. Recommended!”

Maybe it's because i work in health care myself but i would rather wait longer than getting a prescription that was wrong due to a doctor's error. The 15 mins waiting time is an unrealistic expectation and i think they need to change that because it puts a lot of pressure on the staffs who are overworked whenever i go there. If the pharmacist behind hasn't checked my prescription over properly i would have been given the wrong dose by the prescribing doctors in A&E. I cannot thank them enough for spotting the error.”
