From helping us to choose the right furniture to keeping us updated on delivery and the generosity of their time with the delivery and installation to our Charity was outstanding! In addition to its prime location, the rooms themselves offer remarkable convenience, featuring modern design, high-quality appliances, and exceptionally comfortable beds. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a pleasant stay. A special mention goes to Agna and Selna, whose professionalism and impeccable service truly elevated my experience. From their friendly, daily check-ins to their prompt responses to every request, their care and diligence has made my stay truly exceptional.”

“A great hotel in a great location. Literally steps to Trafalgar Square and Charing cross tube station. Plenty of pubs nearby for classic pub food and a beer. The hotel itself is totally original- Scotland Yard Police station converted to a hotel, complete with memorabilia on the walls . Good size rooms which was very comfy. Great staff, very friendly. Cocktail lounge was classy - good cocktails and live music on Friday/ Saturday. There are cookie cutter hotels which are all pretty average- then there is this amazing boutique hotel in a historic building . No contest. I know where I am staying when I am next in London.”

“Lovely traditional pub with rooms upstairs. Bed comfy, and relatively quiet given the location. Very handy for Thorpe park. Friendly staff at the bar and great ale selection. Will definitely stay again when back in the area”

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“What a great little find! Well, the pub isn’t little by any stretch but very nicely decorated, with impeccable staff and food. All plates were generous in size, kids meal also quite bit with loads of chunky chips! Great meeting point with lovely views of the lakes.”

“I had had a busy day about in Bromley and arrived early from that to a reservation I'd made that day for early dinner (18:15). Prices were properly reasonable for such fine dining. The presentation of each course was spot on, I'd even say en place, buuuuut not my element at this time. The maître d' was professional and courteous. I felt a bit under-dressed but braved through and they brought no attention to this and treated me. At some spirit auguery advice, my royal self reluctantly avoided steak this evening, going instead from chef's suggestion menu, the seared scallops and then sea bass. The scallops were grilled, and tender rather than rubbery as I sometimes 'expect' of scallop. I'd had some grilled halloumi around lunch tiem, and joked that scallops would be right out to pair with halloumi. I think there is this. The sea bass were served seared with skin on, and a sweet tomato salsa, with a potato tower of some kind. Service were quiet and excellent. I did not once feel rushed and I NEEEEED to return for some côte de boeuf or rib-eye some day soon. This should be written. I'll be needing dress better suited. “I had a great experience at this great pub located just off Esher high street. I had great communication from Liam to confirm my booking of 20 guys. He arranged a room for us upstairs, took table service for lunch and we were so well cared for by Sam. He was very attentive to us. The whole group had great things to say about their food. An excellent pub for a Sunday roast.”

“After checking so many online mattresses and reading opinion I decide to check in shop. Prince was looking after us. We used many options. Check the machine for matching mattress and finally i choose one. Delivery was great. Unfortunately we had to change date for delivery and was no problem to do that. I just love my mattress. In the evening I am just looking reason to go earlier to bed, eg reading book.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The property itself is nice, modern, and very well-kept. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel also has on-site parking which was good. Even when the main car park was full, the staff would arrange additional parking elsewhere There are lots of restaurants and food spots nearby, giving plenty of options for meals. Plus, the transport links to Central London are very good, making it easy to get around. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay and i’d definitely recommend”

“I don’t regularly post google reviews but I was so impressed by the weekend I’ve just spent with a group of friends at Nutfield that I felt compelled to tell others. It’s a 4 star hotel but the service is most definitely 5 stars. The friendliest and most helpful staff I can remember coming across at a hotel. We were quite a demanding bunch but nothing was too much trouble.”

“Amazing Hotel, stayed one night. Great service, from the start to end. Dinner venues very Cousy, with outstanding service. Room very clean and comfortable bed, love the fairy showers, smoothing and soft. Breakfast deal it’s amazing, a little morning buffet where we can find a bit all you can eat. There is a water dispenser outside where we can fill our bottles, great idea. Silence and sleeping night for middle of Bankside location. Also great tourism attraction within one mile from it, Tate, Shakespeare Theatre, Borough market, George Inn the oldest gallery inn the world. And more…”
