“This shop is run by Raju. He is a very hard working and sincere businessman. He will do his best to assist you and help you resolve any issue you have with repairs, replacement, upgrade of any device. He is knowledgeable and very experienced in diagnousing problems with gagets . I went to him to fix two phones for me intially and ended up visitng him again and again to fix issues with 2 laptops and mobile phones and he was able to fix everything for me at a very reasonable price. Above all he also provides a receipt and warranty for all his work. I find him to have integrity and professionalism and have the highest regard for the excellent service he provided to me on a number of occasions. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to repair or replace a gadget. You wilk not be dissapointed .”

“I came into Halfords about 20 minutes before closing time looking for a headlight bulb. A team member kindly asked if I needed any assistance, and John came over twice to check in and help me find exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and professional. Once I’d picked out the bulb, John asked if I’d like it fitted, and he quickly arranged for another gentleman to do it. As soon as I stepped outside, the gentleman kindly asked if it was about the headlight and fitted it in no time! I was out in less than 10 minutes. Really impressed with the level of service, especially so close to closing time. Thank you to John and the team for going above and beyond!”

“Second time using Finsbury car audio after a few years. Previous music system had no issues, just change of car. Leonard and Michael are both very nice and very good at what they do. They kept me updated what was happening and also made recommendations that would be better suited for my car. The system they put in, massive upgrade to what was in before and the sound quality is impressive. They also installed a rear camera at the same time as the car play and all professionally done. Very thing works how it should work and camera automatically engages while reversing. Very pleased with the overall look!”

“Excellent! For me, any ‘Car Talk’ is like discussing A level Physics! MOT advice was to replace wiper blades (and on the same day my car system showed that top up oil was required) I popped into my local Halfords, truthfully I had no idea where to start. One of the staff helped me find the correct, and best value, wiper blades and asked if I needed help fitting them. Which I really did need! I was directed to the payment till. The young woman serving was really helpful too. She arranged a member of staff, a young man named Fin, to fit them. Less than 5 minute wait. Fin also checked the oil to confirm it was required, he showed me that it was, and took me to the rows of oil and helped me find the one required for my car, and the best value. Fin also topped up the oil and gave some good, practical advice for the future. The charge for fitting the wiper blades was just £9 and £5 for adding the oil top-up. I cannot praise Fin enough. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and at no point made me feel silly for not understanding ’car talk’ He is a credit to Halfords, and his family. Well done Fin and Thank you again!”

“Great quality staff at this Halfords. Knowledgeable, helpful and hard working. Adrian installing the roof racks, two lads upstairs on the bikes, and the lady at the till. Sorted out what must have been a right annoying roof rack, bike bar and bike fitting service. That clearly was a bit trickier than a normal customer. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful.”

Dave gave me a diagnostic print out as soon as he had tested the battery and explained everything clearly. He even asked to listen to my car start up to make sure there was no delay in that which all reassured me. He gave me advice about recharging my battery and how to get my intermittent fault sign checked at any garage. I was very pleased with the efficient and helpful service from Dave and would highly recommend Halfords for car check.”

There was light on my dashboard indicating low tyre pressure, a young gentleman helped me select the right tyre pressure unit, his advice was unbiased and client focus. After this Luke gave my car a check up, filled up the screen wash, topped up the oil as well as checking the air pressure for the tyres. Great Team cannot praise them enough.”

“I bought a Carerra bike for my son last week from Halfords in Twickenham (Ivy Bridge), and received great service. I went back a few days later to enquire about fitting a gear guard or derailer cover to the bike. Other staff members were not sure it was possible as they had not fitted one before to that bike. However Johno attended to me and went to look at the derailer of the same bike ion display in the store and worked out the best way to fit a gear guard on. As I walk with a crutch, and my son’s bike was in the car, Johno offered to come out to the car and fit gear guard to the cycle while it was still in the car. What brilliant service and Johno is a real credit to the organisation as nothing was too much trouble.”
