“We had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance! The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too. The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The ambience was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were so elegant it was like inside a palace. The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!”

“My husband and I came to celebrate our birthdays on a late night dinner reservation. We were immediately met with smiles and kindness from the host and they were able to sit us about 10 minutes early. We were quickly brought drinks and popcorn which was so sweet and unexpected. Our server Alex was so fun, attentive, and full of energy even though it was late at night (we had a 10:15pm reservation)! He helped make our time such a joy. Alex was absolutely great and it was a pleasure to have him as our server. Even though it wasn’t the exact date of our birthdays, he kindly brought us prosecco to cheers with without us asking. We ordered steak, the chili pepper burger, and macaroni & cheese which were all delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked and the burger was juicy as ever. The macaroni was so good we ordered a second! The food came out quick and the prices were very affordable especially for a steakhouse—great for being on a budget! I would highly recommend this place and I wish we could come again during our stay! You will be blessed if you happen to have Alex as your server! Thank you Alex and Flat Iron! We hope to be back!”

“Many thanks to Ilaria for creating such wonderful experience! Today evening my best friend and I got to dine in here and we are simply delighted. Despite busy times we got our pizzas very quickly. Dough were fresh and crispy as always, purely Italian delicatessen and fantastic soft drinks. Ilaria was friendly and very attentive to our table, we felt welcomed and taken care of. “Yummy yummy yummy! Had the seafood pasta and bread with olive oil and balsamic and was absolutely delicious. Definitely on the pricier and upscale vibe but such a lovely place for a nice dinner, date, or professional meeting. My limoncello spritz was also good. The service was amazing too!”

“I had an amazing manicure with Tahmina. She made my nails look beautiful even though when I came in my nails were damaged. The salon is super clean and elegant and the color and art selection is wonderful, but where they really shine is the staff. They could not have been nicer. Thank you!”

“I pop in whenever I’m in Beckenham, usually just for a drink. My last visit was impromptu and decided to have something to eat. What I really like about this place it’s exactly how a pub should be. It’s clean, comfortable with a good selection of drinks. The staff are all so friendly and make you feel welcome. Proper pub food, done really well and exceptional value for money. Great to see a traditional pub still thriving. Thoroughly recommend this place to anyone!”

“This restaurant is amazing. The staff are ALL superb. Their skill is clear and their empathy and kindness is exceptional. We went here for my Mum's 93rd Birthday they could not have gone out of their way more to make the occasion special. The food is totally excellent and worth every penny. Jemima our waitress was brilliant. The hostess Annabel was the best we have ever seen. She was totally " on " everything that was happening in the whole restaurant. Josh the manager was empathetic and impressive. The venue is unbeatable. Choose this restaurant for the special things and the every day events and they will make everything special.”

“Great pub with excellent range. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The lady who runs the pub is an exceptional host, who makes everyone feel very welcome and at home. Food is excellent - the roasts especially. The roasts are flavoursome, well seasoned, plentiful and excellent value for money. I can't recommend enough. Prawn cocktail was also gorgeous. Dog friendly too.”

“Very happy with this place. The person arranging my bouquet was fast and friendly. First asked budget then offered me ready made bouquet in that range or to make one from scratch. Go to pick the colours and he arranged and wrapped them up beautifully. Would recommend as its good value for money!”

“One of the best restaurants I have been in London The food is amazing - freshly homemade, very tasty and very good - the mixed grilled is my favourite but everything we tried there was very good. Even we don't live nearby we make sure every few months we go there. The team is very friendly and they make you feel at home. The design of the restaurant is very cute too. “Amazing gem in Forest Hill and some of best Japanese style food I’ve had in a long time. Beautiful season specials too and really wonderful desserts. Considering the quality of food I’d say this place is value for money. I look forward to more evenings here. The decor is cute. Nice for a quick meal, solo dining, a date, friendly hangout or special occasion. The waitress is very good at her job and felt really well we were not rushed, well attended to and taken care of. I saw they also do some good take away deals.”

We opted for the Full House to get a variety taste. From the vegetarian role that we would have never anticipated was vegetarian to a seaweed salad. Tuna tartare appetizer also, yum. Our food was incredible. Would recommend and have told our stateside friends before returning home about this place. Wonderfully crafted sushi that tastes amazing without the added sauces.”

I booked online and someone sent me an email to understand what I want. It was an easy and convenient process. I got full head hair color with haircut and blow dry. My hairdresser was Eva - she was sweet and friendly. I was not sure about the color that i want so she helped me and listen to my thoughts patiently.
