“I went to Ivy Market Grill on Thursday evening with my brother. Our waiter was Carlos, and I honestly can’t praise him enough. He was full of positive energy, very friendly, and incredibly polite. He really looked after us. For food, we ordered the Fish & Chips and the Moroccan-style Chicken. The fish and chips were excellent, but the chicken wasn’t really to my taste as it had quite a strong curry flavour. For dessert, we chose the Chocolate Bombe, which was delicious, and Carlos very kindly surprised us with an extra dessert on the house. That was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — many thanks to Carlos and the whole team for making our evening so enjoyable.”

“Went for a birthday and the staff were so great, and attended to the birthday girl really well. I ordered buffalo wings (starter) and mac and cheese (as a side) and a diet coke and it was a 10/10, the vibe was great inside and it was perfect for a night in London - tiny bit pricey but nothing i wouldn’t expect in london. I also went with around 16 other people and they adapted the tables for us - there are different floors and seats for any amount of people.”

“This is a family run restaurant. It’s been going for a long long time. . When we lived in Upminster we were frequent visitors and on a return visit we were excited to go back after 7 years. The food was as excellent as it always had been. One of our party was vegetarian and instead of being an after thought on the menu she was told everything came as a vegetarian option. I had forgotten how great they are on vegetable dishes, everything tastes and is recognisable as what it is. I love this consistently great restaurant. I would say we had visited 100 times before moving away and never had a bad meal. Delighted to return and find it hasn’t changed. I’ve literally been dreaming about the meal we had.”
