“I’ve brought my house bunnies - sadly only one now - to Karen for holidays since we first got them in 2018. She takes brilliant care of them, making sure she understands their (sometimes very picky) preferences and giving them space to run around every day. She’s a real bunny expert and has always offered tips, advice and reassurance if we’ve ever had any questions and if she’s ever had a concern she’s been in touch before getting them to the vet. If you have rabbits, or other small pets, I’d highly recommend Karen to take care of them whenever you’re away.”

“Longcroft Kenley/Gaby was amazing - her children too! As someone who was extremely nervous to leave her boys while I was away Gaby did an amazing job at making me feel at ease! I was sent daily pictures of them which was so nice/reassuring. The place itself is beautiful & there isn’t a lot of other kitties staying, so Gaby isn’t overly busy & is able to spend quality time with everyone. I will be bringing the boys back next time I go away… this will be there home away from home!”

“Ali is an amazing and caring person. She looked after our cat, Carrot, as if he were her own. Longcroft Cat Hotels are brilliant. When we took Carrot to Ali at Cole Green Welwyn I just instantly knew that he was going to be cared for so well. I just love receiving updates and photos and show them to everyone! “We left our cat here for a little over two weeks and we were very happy. The room is very nice and clean with enough space for cats to roam. We got pictures and updates almost every day and from what we saw there were lots of toys provided. Highly recommend! Thank you Ann .”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “After viewing so many normal catteries we stumbled across Longcroft luxury cat hotel at Chelmsford for our two 6 month old, very active, Bengal kittens and we were so happy! I’m a very fussy cat-mum and really struggled to find anywhere that I was happy to leave my furbabies until I came and visited Tim at Longcroft. He really seemed to care and love all his furry guests and really put all my worries aside. The “suites” are immaculate, beautifully decorated and they had a great space with large, sturdy cat tree and lovely bedroom area with bed and Tim also brought in a water drinking fountain especially for the kittens to use which they loved and as it was hot they had their own fan too. We also took along a lot of their home comforts and toys which was welcomed. Every day whilst we were away we got lovely updates and or photos and a really lovely postcard “from the cats” on their last day. It really did put us at ease seeing them relax into their holiday home. Every evening the kids would ask if we’d heard from the cats yet :-) When we collected Bobby and Dolly they seemed very happy and relaxed (as did all the cats in their care!) which was just so lovely. “I have two cats, 9 and 7yrs, who had only ever known our home. I was incredibly stressed and nervous looking for somewhere for them to live for a week whilst we were between houses. Emma at Longcroft did a great job talking at length through how they looked after their guests, reassuring me my babies would be absolutely fine. And they were! The set up is fab, the pamper options are so cute(!), and they settled in pretty quickly, especially our most anxious baby. Emma sent photo updates to reassure us and after a couple of days I stopped stressing, which was down to Emma, her team, and the fab little luxury hotel she runs. I would definitely recommend!”

“My two Tonkinese spoilt babies boarded at Longcroft when I had a short break away. Robbie sent me lots of reassuring photos and reports which were appreciated. They stayed in an extra large suite so had space to move around. I would definitely use the cattery again - if only I can find a vacancy in their busy bookings!”

“It's very easy to tell that Sarah is a 'cat person'. The setup is lovely and I was amazed as how easily my two cats settled in to the room for the 6 days they were to spend here. On return home they were so chilled out and it felt to us a good indication of the care they'd been given during their stay. My son absolutely loved the postcard that arrived the next day from the cats saying what a great time they were having too! Everything felt like the cats are the priority over all else, with an appreciation that it can be stressful leaving your animals with someone else when you go away. “Rooms simple, but have everything you need. It was so clean. Roy was extremely welcoming and had everything under control. Location was perfect for me, quiet area, plenty of room to park my van. 20 minute walk into Farnham Common where pubs and restaurants are. Loved it, would stay again.”

“If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. “Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner”
