“We spent two nights at the “more than” Goodenough Guest House. Andy, the host, was very kind and served us robust English breakfasts each morning. We stayed in the loft room which was perfect for my son and me, visiting family just down the road where there was a full house. I loved the large bathtub. At 6’4” (193 cm) I appreciated the large soaking tub in the bath, where there was also a shower. One should know, no lift and no air conditioning. Didn’t bother us. We were lucky with weather and the air was cool at the end of July and the neighborhood quiet, so we could have the windows opened. The beds were comfortable, and a nice sofa to have a cup of tea, play a card game and relax. Short walk to the train. Totally clean! We loved it and will return!”

“If you are looking for a no frills room that is in a superb location, this hotel is for you. I only stayed one night for business. When I checked in I was feeling terrible and I arrived early. Check in wasn't for another hour, I was going to cancel my room and book at another Marriott since I have status and usually can check in early. The young lady working at the front desk was super helpful and saw that I wasn't feeling well, I didn't catch her name I wish I had because she sprung into action. She told me to have a seat and she was going to see what she could do to help. She was so kind and empathetic and was able to get me into a room quickly so I could rest. I appreciated that gesture beyond belief! The room was clean, no frills, just a bed, small bathroom and necessities. If you've ever stayed on a cruise ship, the rooms are exactly that of a cruise ship. The location is across the street from Victoria train and underground station with food and transportation. Even though it was only for one night, it was a wonderful experience with Marriott hospitality that makes me continue to be a loyal customer.”

“A very beautiful hotel. Well known for its spa, which is one of my favourites in London. Beautiful pool, great services (massages, facials etc) and high quality products. I like the bar here, and the bar snacks. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. It’s a beautiful and elegant spot.”

“I had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The hotel was unique with stunning decor - highly unusual but brilliant. The hotel had made every effort to recognise the occasion - the room was aptly decorated with balloons and a handwritten message on the mirror. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice - a lovely buffet selection. My dietary needs were catered for (gluten/dairy free). The hotel is situated in Islington - a very short walk to the canal. A morning walk along the canal to Canary Wharf and back along the Thames Path was the best start to the day! There are some beautiful spots along the canal to stop for a coffee or bite to eat - these are within a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel - it made a really nice change to stay somewhere a little different/unique.”

“A spacious, well designed and immaculately finished Victorian house with a large kitchen and beautiful garden. Very well situated near the charming, tucked away pubs, bars and restaurants of Forest Gate, a stone's throw from Wanstead Flats, and a short walk to easy transport into central London. Host Tamara is absolutely fantastic. A definite 5 out of 5 experience.”

“Location was amazing for us, the view couldn't be better(1 bedroom apartment for 4 people). Clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds all great. Would be nice to have some oil for cooking additionally to salt and paper, but not a problem to buy It was nice to have a washing machine, my preference though would be to replace it with a dishwasher (but there are so many food options around that we were eating somewhere else mostly)”

“I’ve stated twice at their apartments in Brixton. Great location and modern apartments. Good value for money, very clean and all the amenities were great. Good iron, fan, hairdryer. The temperature of the studio was great. The apartment was a little cool, so I sued the electric heater and it was great. The apartment I stayed had a full kitchen and washing machine and dish washer, which were super useful.”

“My dogs Yaya&Didi really enjoyed staying here! They are normally slow but they love every staff here! We had boarding with reactive training - Kelsey and Romeo is very responsive in our whatsup group chat and will post video everyday. We then had a handover session to went through everything my dogs learnt. Absolutely love it❤️ We also had daily updates on Royvon system about their diet and regular message about how are they. This will be the place to go if we need to board our dogs next time.”

“Victory will most certainly be staying here again! The staff were very attentive to her and made sure that she was fed and watered every day, while also ensuring her room was cleaned and she was given the opportunity to stretch her legs. They also picked up on her personality straight away and knew how to handle her. It was her first time at the cattery, and both I and her were very nervous, but the staff there made sure she was safe and sound the whole time. I have a very happy Victory back here with me now at home. Thank you to all at Oakley Cattery!”

“Afternoon tea at the Rosewood London was outstanding. The setting is beautiful, the food is thoughtful and delicious, and the whole experience feels special from the moment you sit down. What stood out most was the staff, who were exceptional in every way, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made the entire service feel effortless and refined. A perfect afternoon and truly one of the best tea experiences in London.”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

“I spent 3 nights when I came to settle my daughter at the University of Surrey. It’s located in a calm area that can be easily reached by car. Its private car park in front of the property can accommodate 8-10 cars. It has a beautiful garden to enjoy in a sunny day, even to work remotely with the internet available. Nothing to complain about in the room, all tidy and clean, with a comfortable bed. A nice breakfast was included in the price when I booked directly after checking it on the booking sites.”

“I had a great stay at Adagio Sutton. Great hotel equipped with contemporary facilities. Rooms are very cleaned , good breakfast and beds are extra comfortable. Location wise Sutton train station is in a stone’s throw away distance. There’s a train goes to central London in every two minutes. There are a bunch of nice bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Above all hotel staffs are very friendly & professional. Their customers service are second to none. I recommend this hotel & I had already made a reservation for next summer.”

“Fabulous unique hotel in Kensington. 10 minute walk to The Royal Albert Hall for a concert. Beautiful, comfortable clean & quirky. Bed and pillows very comfortable, good shower with Penhaligon products. Very nice attentive staff. We had a front room on the road which is a tad noisy but we managed the traffic noise fine. Would definitely recommend.”

“We had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance! The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too. The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The ambience was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were so elegant it was like inside a palace. The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!”

“From your first step when you walk into the hotel up until you leave, you are treated like royalty by the stuff who can't do enough for you. The cleanliness all over is next level at this hotel. Breakfast serving is absolutely the best I've had at any hotel and they even have 24 hour coffee to enjoy the lovely lounge area. And then a selection of frozen foods and snacks for you to prepare and enjoy your kitchenette of your room. What a find. What a treat.”

“Good location, host sent us useful instructions and code to check in. Felt very secure and safe . Room was pretty and very clean, amazing jacuzzi and comfy bed, big telly on the wall you could watch from the bed or the jacuzzi!! Really well equipped with tea coffee hot chocolate, toiletries, even a revlon hairdryer!! Plus a really nice cafe and restaurant downstairs. We would love to come back”

“We were a party of four for a Friday night dinner in this surprisingly big pub! The staff were brilliant at getting us seated, we had booked but the pub was heaving with punters! After being quickly settled, we were given menus and ordered pre-dinner drinks that quickly appeared on out table. Our orders were efficiently taken with advice being sought, and given, on various dishes by the waiter. The food proved to be very good, and the wine, both the red and the white were excellent, and not so expensive for the quality! It is a great venue for dinner, however, given its size there was a constant loud volume of noise, and I am not sure if I'd go again unless it was less quiet of an evening during the week.”

“This is a wonderful boutique hotel with great staff. Each room is named after, and decorated in the style of a famous person. The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing and put up with our late departure from the room each day. The hotel is very conveniently located with bus stops feet from the door. Our daily trips to the tourist attractions were never more than a bus ride away. Would highly recommend without any reservations on our end.”

The Ops Manager, Tibo, was exceptional! The care and thought put into the service provided will not be forgotten. From calling me prior to confirm my partners likes and interests, to welcoming us with a warm smile and asking about our long journey from Manchester. “This hotel was amazing! The staff is SO kind, they do complimentary wine and cheese 5-8pm on Tues and Sat, and it's down an alley so it's absurdly quiet to be in the heart of the West End. Their bath towels are HUGE (which is a plus for me) and the rooms are clean and well appointed. It's surrounded by so many restaurant and shopping and entertainment options including the Aldelphi and Vaudeville theaters. For a super unique cocktail bar check out Mr. Fogg's around the corner. I would 100% come back and stay at any Z Hotel property.”

“Hi This house was in good location good condition. The room and all around the house was absolutely clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, bathroom toilet was real clean as I use to work a housekeeper of 5 star hotel . My family member was happy as they visited from Thailand. She is 82 years old. Lucky the house was perfect for her condition. I usually don’t like to give feedback but to be honest . They customer service help line was good. The key and the details they keep sending me was crazy . It’s too much but yes ! They care for you. So I give 100% and Thank you so much.”

“Leo our cuckapoo looks forward to his play time with his friends @urban mutts. We booked him for a one night stay and they were very reassuring. Leo was well looked after. They noticed he was nervous and they kept him with a member of the team until he settled. Highly recommend Urban Mutts hotels. They are very caring and provide the puppy's with lots of activities.
