“I have been visiting Toolstation, Beckenham on a regular basis for nearly a year. It has become like a second home! Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. The guy who runs the shop is so friendly and helpful! If you want to find out if they have certain items in stock just give them a call before you head over. “I've given this five star rating as I have been into various of the Leyland branches and the service has been ok but this Hammersmith branch stands out.. I was really pleased with the service I got recently when I visited. There was a staff member of Paul really got me out of a pickle on two fronts, first one was with my kitchen plumbing. After showing him some photos of my problem he was there giving constructive suggestions to resolve my problem. Of which when I got back home the tips and the products he said to use worked a treat!! And lastly he help me with the process of installing shelving in my home, I was quite nervous to do it myself but gave it a go with his recommendations and good product knowledge made me feel confident to do it myself. He not only didn't rush through the his guidance but showed great enthusiasm in his what he was doing. I will definitely be coming back here again and I'll be telling people I know to come back here.. especially if they need plumbing advice! Youra sincerely George.”

“I popped in to Robert Dyas today to buy some insect spray. One of your members of staff, I believe to be Christine Brookes, came over and gave me some good advice as to what brand to buy. I left feeling very confident that my garden insect problem will be resolved. I have not visited Robert Dyas due to the pandemic however, if I know Ms Brookes is at her branch, I will visit more as I know I will be in safe hands. A very valued member of staff!”
