“The Pharmacist and staff at Well Chingford have always been really helpful and willing to try to resolve any issues we have ever had with prescriptions. Unfortunately the Doctors Surgery we use always seems to muck something up with the new Electronic Prescription Service and are never helpful in trying to fix their mistakes but the team at Well Pharmacy are great and will contact the Doctors on our behalf and ensure we are able to get the correct medication asap! I really feel they deserve a lot of praise as they seem to be on the front line for a lot of abuse due to mistakes Doctors make and yet are still really kind and caring.”

“It would have been good to have an earlier appointment, but the appointment I was given was kept almost to the second, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. The GP was reassuring and took action on my health concerns quickly - including referral for minor surgery within two days at Parchmore itself. I'm a regular and high demand for services can sometimes cause stress in the system, but today was perhaps the best experience I've had of a UK GP surgery for years.”

“I just wanted to update my review as I had a great experience the other day. The lady in there is so amazing. She could see how stressed I was and she offered to ring my doctor for me to sort my issues out and the next day the gentleman working in there called me with an update. They went above and beyond to help me. Staff are always very friendly in here. I usually call first to make sure that my prescription is ready. It is a very popular and busy pharmacy so I would suggest arriving in good time before closing so that you get served. I was once in line when a customer had been told by their doctor that if they popped in they would be given their prescription on the day. Unfortunately for the customer this was not possible as it was right before closing time so I would suggest always calling them before hand even if your GP has said to just pop in.”

“26.03.25 London I have just visited my local GP. And I must say it was the best experience I had in a long time. I had a test done and usually it takes some time to do it but the nurse was quick and professional. I had another appointment with another nurse tge same day for different test and the doctor find time to come and see me for a minute ( no appointment) just to confirm what will happen next. “It is common knowledge that NHS is on its knees and that an average waiting time for an appointment is couple of weeks. That's why I ended up trying to deal with an insect bite turning nasty at home and kept dismissing family suggestions to get medical attention. Finally on a late afternoon on 28/08/25 I called surgery thinking this was going to be a waste of time. Well, it was amazing experience. Lovely and attentive lady receptionist listened and acted with due care. She directed me to another surgery, booked my appointment, send me location. I was seen by a doctor one hour later, got my prescription, was told where to go to get meds at that late hour. Everyone - reception team at Park Way surgery, reception team at Farley Road surgery, doctor at Farley Road surgery - were amazing. And that's not a word I use often in same sentence as "NHS", sadly. I called next day to thank the reception team. I understand the constraints but I can't help to be impressed by my experience.”
