Would be nice to have some oil for cooking additionally to salt and paper, but not a problem to buy It was nice to have a washing machine, my preference though would be to replace it with a dishwasher (but there are so many food options around that we were eating somewhere else mostly)”

“My experience at the Dental Beauty Orthodontics Purley was incredible from Day one to completion of my dental treatment! I can remember a few of the staff name’s :-) The receptionist’s (Chrissy) and the practice manager Sheba was always friendly and extremely helpful! Sheba and the other receptionist went above and beyond to help me and my dad out when my car broke down outside the practice in the heat and gave my Dad some water to cool him down as he suffers with a heart condition! Wither regards to my treatment… the initial hygienists were great giving me great advice for improving my gum health! Leonor my orthodontist and her assistant Gemma (I believe her name was) were the absolute heroes who got my teeth to look amazing and more importantly my confidence back :-) They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel at ease with the treatment plan! All in all the service at this practice was nothing short of 5 stars! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone if they’re considering dental treatment! “Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

“We had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance! The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too. The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The ambience was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were so elegant it was like inside a palace. The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!”

“I had the best experience with my alteration! My dress needed lots of work and it needed to be done in a week. Renzo spent lots of time talking to me about how we can improve the fit of my dress. Between taking some length off the bottom, to adding cups and extra fabric to the dress, he did a phenomenal job. I’d recommend Stitch & Clean to anyone!”

“This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first! Located on the 38th floor, the views are incredible, and the whole atmosphere feels special. The service is top-notch — the staff are always so friendly and helpful, really making you feel looked after. The food is outstanding — the sea bass, the sushi, everything was absolutely on point. It’s one of those places where every dish tastes fresh and full of flavour. Definitely one of my favourite spots for a treat meal!”

“From reviews I believe Echo treated me, unfortunately I didn’t get her name! My bad. Honestly the best experience ever. She makes sure you’re okay, checks in on you, gives you a little background and care advice, helps you prepare, she is beyond professional. I will be returning :) She taught me a breathing technique to make the waxing process less painful, and was persistent throughout the entire process, guiding me through the breathing. Do not go to any other salon :) I’m not sure who else works here but I only saw Echo, and I have a feeling she runs this amazing salon all by herself. She is so talented. Thank you x”

There is a supermarket and a Tesco near which makes it easy if you may want a late night snack or simply forgot to pack. The restaurants in the area are really nice. Mezimso food was amazing. “5 minute walk from Victoria Station. It is in a quiet residential area with a lovely hot breakfast daily. The room price is high for a very small room BUT the breakfast is high quality and adds so much value. Bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is staff available to get ice or linen. The restaurant is only open for the breakfast but does offer alcoholic drinks at night. Beds were very comfortable but there is literally very little space to walk or stand in the room. The proprietor is independent and should be supported for not joining a hotel chain. I recommend The Windermere”

“Booked in for 2 nights at St James' Court and it was a fantastic experience. Service was top notch and very friendly. We used the George V conference room which was fantastic room and plentiful of space for a group of 10. The break out area within the meeting room was very helpful for lunch and comfort breaks too. Used the spa for an hour on the 2nd day and it was a relaxing experience - wish I could have stayed for longer. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and so many options for both. Really enjoyed the whole experience and the team at A Taj made a real effort in making sure you had a great time.”

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“Second time staying here. Hands down, best location in London from a connections standpoint. Fifteen minute walk from Liverpool station to connect you to Heathrow and several other tube stations close by. Easy walking through Shoreditch packed with great restaurants and great nightlife and pubs. One of the nicest hotels in London unless you want to spend £500 per night. Modern, beautifully decorated, generous size rooms for London standards, squeaky clean, an adequate gym with modern equipment, and a great lounge and bar. Will definitely be back and have had many colleagues stay here, all which were very impressed.”

Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!”

“We really enjoyed staying here! It was a great location - close to a tube station, the Natural History museum, Kensington park, lots of shops and places to eat, and pretty streets to walk down. Our room was charming and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed with our 9 month old baby and they were very accommodating. “Great hotel! Lovely, nice sized rooms, well appointed. The hotel also has a super convenient grab-n-go market that also sells some fun goodies, and it’s not terribly overpriced. The high tea is a standout! It’s themed and fabulous! My favorite high tea, it’s served in their beautiful, intimate restaurant with live piano music, fun street views, and wonderful service! A fantastic place for afternoon tea!! The tea and offerings are extremely plentiful and then on top of that they send you home with two large pieces of cake!!! All beautifully boxed up—it’s amazing. Great service overall for the entire hotel and experience. Only drawback is the location on the street with no real crosswalk, it’s scary coming and going with crazy traffic.”
