The best thing I ever did the customer service is out of this world they all talk English the nails are not rushed you get a free tea or coffee with as little as just a eye brow wax. Come to mention that the lady whom waxes my eye brows is amazing she takes her time she's doesn't harm your skin. She just a lovely lady. Please do just give this place a try ladies and gents”

I feel the salon owner does need to update the colours and introduce new colours. Also the nail technicians need to be allowed a little more time than 30 mins, sometimes it feels like a rush job. Although Alona does a perfect job every time. But the customer service skills by the management need to be a bit more polite and professional.”

The staff here are very professional, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I specifically get my treatments done by a fab lady called Sweetie (highly recommended booking with her). She is very consistent and thorough and handles my sensitive skin with care when doing a full body wax - providing helpful advice. I really like the price of treatments as it’s affordable especially in this economy where prices are continuously rising. The store itself appealing interior wise, clean and spacious! Showed the technician my chosen style and he achieved that perfectly, I paid £48 for white tips, 2 x acrylic toenails and a pedicure I’m guessing they may be gel as I used the little led machine. Happy with how they’ve lasted for so long no chips! The customer care was great, massage was lovely and will definitley return! Thank you!”
