I was kind of dreading it as the customer service I got the first and last time wasn’t great, but with my regular place being closed I went in reluctantly as I was desperate. Well today I got Zach, and what a great interaction it was. He was polite , friendly and very helpful with all my questions without being condescending. I appreciate the extra time he took to double check alternatives to make sure I was getting the one that best fitted my car make. “Was greeted by Charlotte while browsing the Tudor collection. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother and I never felt rushed at all. Was offered refreshments throughout and we chatted loads about the Tudor range. She really knows her stuff and is very passionate about the brand. Adam joined us to help with the part exchange and I think we were all equally happy with the final deal. Luckily I also purchased a couple of weeks before the Tudor price increase which meant the deal was even sweeter. I will definitely recommend Emson Haig, Charlotte and Adam if you are looking to purchase a Tudor in the SE of England and Essex area. Another member of the other staff, can’t think of the ladies name, was very friendly and chatty as well. The whole experience was a pleasure. I came back later in the day to collect the watch and Charlotte made the handover. Everything was explained very professionally but in an easy to understand manner. I am now the owner of a wonderful Tudor Black Bay Burgundy and will be revisiting them in the future for any purchases I’m looking to make. “We were here for my daughter’s pizza making birthday party. Although there were some issues with finalising the details prior to the party, on the day of the party itself, my daughter and her classmates all enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Each child received a starter, their own designed pizza and dessert. The party was mainly managed by Julianna who was a great host in making sure everything went through smoothly without it feeling rushed.”
