“I was shown a watch in store and went away to think about it. By the time I came back 30 mins later, I had found out that it had been sold. A member of staff, then offered to look in the main system for me and saw there was one left in the company. He went out his way to make sure he secured the watch for me. It was delivered to the store a day or two later. I was notified of this and was invited to pick the watch up and have it sized and also to show me how it worked. Overall, a great experience within the Kingston store. Many thanks to Dan and Thinesh who made this happen!!”

The shop is well divided and is easy to access to all the areas. Direction signs are visible and easy to follow. Staff is very helpful, shame that sometimes are under staff, as far as I have noticed.
