She then returned to find out if we could locate the reference number. Once found, she went back to check the stock and managed to find the hat I was after. I feel this level of service is exceptional as after the first time going to check, most would give bad news and give up, however, I really felt that Suzanna wanted to find this hat for me, so I left the store feeling compelled to write this review :)”

“I had an issue with a pair of shoes(sizing) Gabriel and Mason both Went back and forth finding different trainers each time we changed our minds. They were good humoured and professional, in between dealing with us they also dealt with other customers, whilst remaining attentive to us. You were rude, you swore at the staff, and then you came back for your receipt as if nothing had happened. If the store is so “rubbish,” why were you so desperate for your £2 socks? You were second in the queue, not stuck for hours, and the staff were short‑handed, doing their best during Christmas — the busiest time of the year — while also dealing with the extra pressure of the store closing soon. Most customers manage to show patience and basic respect; clearly you don't have those qualities. Your cheap socks and bad manners say far more about you than they ever will about the staff or the store.”

“The pharmacists here (led by Manu) went out of their way to source me a medicine which was difficult to get hold of. They are always friendly and helpful, and offer a professional, personal service. Of course it gets busy sometimes, but it’s located in a highly populated residential area so this is to be expected.”
