“Seen some reviews about refunds being negative and truthfully never felt the need to return because their jeans are amazing. I reckon the refunds issue is related to a central outsourced team that isn’t doing their job great + maybe need to review company policy But I love their jeans and always have and this specific location has the best manager (Angelito) who is so knowledgeable about their styles, cuts and sizes. Really a pleasure to go here.”

“Two services were carried out for me at this shop, the re-sizing of a ring I bought at the shop and also the re-rhodium plating of a white gold ring I had which had started to show it's age. On the day I was due to collect the rings, I received a call from Richard advising me that the rings were not ready. As I live in North West London and the shop is in Brixton, I was a little put out because I had travelled all the way down there. However, I needn't have worried. Richard arranged to have the rings delvered to my home the next day in person by one of his staff!!! Not only am I hugely impressed with the job done on the rings, I am struggling to think of a better example of customer service that I have received - I'm absolutely blown away. Thank you Richard and the team and I will always use you as my 'go to' Jewellery shop. Ps: Over the last 15 years, aside from the ring I have just bought, I have previously bought two white gold bracelets and a white gold ring from you - so my allegiance is definitely with you. “On the 26th of May I was going to get my daughters ears pierced and we went to another Claire’s location and left and went to store 531 which is located inside Westfield shopping Mall in London and had a fabulous experience. Khadija was so kind, happy, confident and knowledgeable in her products she gave recommendations on the quality of earring for my daughter and explained why and Maria came in to help with the piercing and she was confident and happy and oh so kind and they both were so awesome this made myself and my daughter and our whole family super happy…Our experience at this store was great and the ear piercing was great as well my little girl didn’t even cry and was super happy with her new earrings. We will definitely come back and shop at this location again.”

“Little shop but tidy and friendly staff. I went there to look for a last minute birthday gift for my little sister. There was a great variety of items and good deals (buy 6 pay for 3). However, if you have time I would suggest looking on their website first and ordering if possible as they have even better deals. When I was doing the shop I checked online and pretty much all the items I picked out were discounted by 50% or so compared to the in-shop prices! So definitely something to keep in mind.”
