Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by Deivy, who welcomed me with a warm smile and invited us to sit down to view some of the watches on display. Deivy went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He proactively consulted with specialists, brought out additional pieces for me to try, and was attentive and patient throughout. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase instead, he was genuinely focused on helping me explore options and find my dream watch. His professionalism, courtesy, and understanding were truly commendable. Even after my visit, I received a detailed follow up email with all the information I had requested, and Deivy reached out personally to ensure all my questions were answered. Although I did not find my dream watch on this occasion, the level of service and care I received from Deivy was exceptional. He exemplifies the highest standards of customer service, and I would highly recommend asking for him when visiting the store.”

“The children's clothing in monsoon is beautiful and the reason I was there although they didn't have the size I needed for the item I went for, the store is bigger than I was expecting, it was well laid out, it was a bit messy but they had black friday sales going on. Staff were well presented and polite. The store is fully accessible to wheelchairs and prams”

I was dreading doing a bra fitting, but there was really nothing to dread. She gave me lots of great tips and there was no pressure at all to buy a bra either, even though I did end up buying one as it was just so comfy! “Amazing experience! I got my conch pierced today by Vikki and I have nothing bad to say! Despite me having several other cartilage piercings I was terrified of my conch but she calmed my nerves and assured me that it’s one of the easier piercings! She was gentle but quick, making sure I was okay afterward! We went through the aftercare advice and she was very kind and professional. I’m in love with my new piercing - 10/10 experience!
