“Just the best. Can't fault anything from welcome to departure. We stayed in the Barn which was amazing. Lovely touch of the essential food baket on arrival. Quality decor and furnishings. The rooms were spacious and the hot tub was an added bonus. Alan was on hand if needed (which he wasnt). Location beautiful and totally relaxed on departure. Well worth the trip up from London.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Garden Apartment a few weeks ago. It is beautifully furnished, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Especially the beds. Having driven up from London with elderly parents it was just what we needed. The owners had very kindly stocked up the fridge and freezer which came in very handy for breakfast next morning. And was truly appreciated. As was the Netflix and music streaming on Alexa. We also noticed plenty of board games and dvds for families with younger children. Would definitely recommend .”

“Great location. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink in walking distance. Very close to city centre. Couldn’t really be better in that respect. Despite being very busy location didn’t notice any noise. Property itself was exactly as pictured and what we were expecting. Very rustic vibes. Majority of what you would need is provided. Several comments made previously about codes - very clear to follow instructions sent and we had no bother with this. Few points though. Bed wasn’t the comfiest ever. Rather hard mattress. There wasn’t any toilet roll provided which is the first I’ve had that - there is a Sainsbury’s within 2 minute walk. There had clearly been a leak recently in the entrance hallway, which did mean there was some mould growing., with a rather bad smell. Could at times smell in flat especially when heating was on. Of note, there is quite a few stairs - we had no bother but just for people with limited mobility to be conscious of this. Great and proactive host.”

“Review of the Breakfast at Vita Student I’m genuinely impressed with the breakfast provided at Vita Student. Every weekday morning, students can enjoy a generous and varied buffet that includes cereals, sweet and savoury pastries, bagels, waffles, fresh fruits, yoghurt, salads, and a selection of cold meats and cheeses — all completely free of charge between 7am and 10am. It’s the perfect way to start the day: nutritious, well-balanced, and full of options. The quality and consistency of the breakfast really set Vita Student apart from other accommodations. “Stayed just the one night but you could easily stay here for a few days. The room we had was on the 19th floor so super quiet without any noise from outside. Top quality SMEG appliances. Kettle, toaster, hot plate and microwave plus dishwasher. They also have a laundry department which you can use for longer stays. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. Just loved the rain shower which was powerful and as hot as you wanted it to be. Gorgeous bathroom products too. Just a perfect quick overnight but you could base yourself here if you had to work in Manchester for a few days.”

“We stayed at Native Manchester for one night and I would definitely stay here again. For the price, it felt like excellent value compared to other options in the area, especially considering the size of the studio and the quality of reviews. Communication was seamless, I received WhatsApp updates throughout my journey, from details about the room number and PIN code to notifications that the room was ready and a reminder for check-out. The process was essentially self-service, though there is a reception available if needed. I found the whole system very streamlined and convenient. We parked at Dale Street car park, which cost around £20 for 24 hours, and from there it was just a short walk to the hotel. The building itself is really impressive, it used to be a cotton factory, and they’ve done a great job blending the original industrial character with modern design. We booked a studio apartment, which came with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom had towels and toiletries (shampoo and shower gel), while the kitchen had all the day-to-day essentials, plus tea, coffee, and even a small bottle of milk in the fridge. There was also an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in the room. The bed was very comfortable, big, and overall, the space felt well thought out and homely. One small piece of feedback from my partner is that a larger mirror, or a mirror in better lighting, would have been useful for doing hair and makeup. As well, it would have been useful if there was some tissues, like kitchen roll etc. All in all, the studio had everything we needed, the atmosphere was great, and I would happily recommend Native Manchester to anyone visiting the city.”

“We booked this hotel for Billy Eilish concert. When we booked ourselves in they told us that they were giving us a free upgrade to their best room. Well the room was amazing. It had a dressing room area, dining and kitchen area and a stunning shower room. There was also a spiral staircase. At the top was a table for two with fantastic views of the city. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, hob, fridge and a dishwasher. There was also a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board, a safe and somewhere to hang your clothes. There was a complimentary bottle of water and crisps popcorn. Basically the room had everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely and friendly and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Roomzzz you were amazing x”

“Stayed in the Eden with The Heim as part f a big trip with the lads, couldnt have asked for more! Facilities, service, accomodation was absolutely top notch. Looks smart and has everything you need. The team were awesome about when we could check in and out and helped us at every bit of the trip when we needed anything.”

“Honestly, this place was fantastic - i stayed here for just over a week on business - the first thing that struck me was how clean the property was and also the size of it. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook food, the bathroom had toiletries, and the bed was super comfy - even had a balcony. Couldn't believe it for the price really to say it was central Manchester. The staff were also massively accomodating, any query i had they were more than happy to sort. I will definitely be returning here when i next go to Manchester with work.”

“Absolutely loved this hotel. It is a short walking distance from the train station, easy to access. The building looks amazing and the rooms are just fab! It is a proper hotel room but very well equipped even had a small kitchen installed giving a feeling of an RBnb so you can cook your own meals if you want. Nice and clean bathroom with some nice brands of shampoo and body wash. Also had iron and hair dryer. Oh, and the view was stunning, staff was superfriendly. Wifi was quick, easy to connect and even the staircase looks beautiful. Highly recommended accomodation if you visit Manchester.”

The room was incredible and the amenities were perfect. I would however like to note the guest lift is out of use which was a small issue but rajaa was amazing enough to guide us to the staff lift whenever we needed it. All of our maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and effectively, including replacement of a broken washing machine and assistance with leaks in the property. Inspections or fire alarm tests were alerted to us in advance and Vanessa and Danielle offered excellent communication and service throughout our tenancy. The property was affordable and in a good area of Manchester, close to city centre and our transition from Ireland to the year's tenancy in England was seamless.
