“Chelsey was very friendly and seemed really invested in the welfare of our two guinea pigs, asking lots of questions about their likes and dislikes, as well as their behaviour. She did a great job cutting their nails and they seemed quite content when I picked them up. It was also nice to see photos of them on Facebook while we were away. Will definitely return!”

We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. “Our cat Ruby has just returned after her top class stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and set out with cat's behaviour in mind. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about cats and what they need. I was kept well updated about how Ruby was getting on, including, cuddles and playtime and how she was eating. She came home contented and happy. I particularly like that she couldn't see other cats, which would normally stress her out in a standard cattery. Wouldn't hesitate to book her in again. “Just the best. Can't fault anything from welcome to departure. We stayed in the Barn which was amazing. Lovely touch of the essential food baket on arrival. Quality decor and furnishings. The rooms were spacious and the hot tub was an added bonus. Alan was on hand if needed (which he wasnt). Location beautiful and totally relaxed on departure. Well worth the trip up from London.”

“We used Manchester Travels back in 2019 when we went hajj. The service provided by Hafiz Shahin, Kamal bhai and the team was exceptional, they made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. It was then that we promised, we will use Manchester Travels for our family umrah. They didn't disappoint again, as expected, guiding us all the way thorough. My kids felt so relaxed and at home. “Great location. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink in walking distance. Very close to city centre. Couldn’t really be better in that respect. Despite being very busy location didn’t notice any noise. Property itself was exactly as pictured and what we were expecting. Very rustic vibes. Majority of what you would need is provided. Several comments made previously about codes - very clear to follow instructions sent and we had no bother with this. Few points though. Bed wasn’t the comfiest ever. Rather hard mattress. There wasn’t any toilet roll provided which is the first I’ve had that - there is a Sainsbury’s within 2 minute walk. There had clearly been a leak recently in the entrance hallway, which did mean there was some mould growing., with a rather bad smell. Could at times smell in flat especially when heating was on. Of note, there is quite a few stairs - we had no bother but just for people with limited mobility to be conscious of this. Great and proactive host.”

“Honestly couldn’t fault the team at no more kennels. I only recently found the company but I have felt so at ease with leaving my boy there. They took the time to get to know him and understand his behaviours as he’s a very active dog who just loves playing. I feel a sense of relief taking him there knowing he loves them as much as they love him. We love that we can see him on the cameras having fun and being treated with love and kindness from the staff. I would recommend no more kennels to anyone looking for a safe place for there fur babies to go. I trust them completely with my Rocco and will be using them for years to come.”

“Needed an emergency accommodation due to Dv and I was booked in to the hotel at the last minute, At first I was afraid when I was told it is an hotel due to my terrible experience some years back and to my surprise it was the best I have ever gotten. No discrimination plus I needed Ramadan timetable calendar. Because where I was coming form,the time is different plus google keeps giving different time. I was afraid to asked the staff but to my surprise when I asked he told me the time and also gave me a picture…. Overall it is the best place ever especially if you have children the room is so big and accommodating I just wish their is a cooker but even without that the hotel is the best and cleanliness hotel I have ever seen and best location.”

“Stayed just the one night but you could easily stay here for a few days. The room we had was on the 19th floor so super quiet without any noise from outside. Top quality SMEG appliances. Kettle, toaster, hot plate and microwave plus dishwasher. They also have a laundry department which you can use for longer stays. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. Just loved the rain shower which was powerful and as hot as you wanted it to be. Gorgeous bathroom products too. Just a perfect quick overnight but you could base yourself here if you had to work in Manchester for a few days.”

“The experience was excellent. The room was a bit smaller but all the amenities and services were there for a much comfortable stay. As we were coming from Hyatt House to Hyatt regency they gave us an early Check in, which was very kind of them. The restaurant staffs were extremely kind and helpful. A big shout out to Andrea from the restaurant, she was very helpful with the menu suggestions, as well as she helped us to find out nearest places to visit, she also gave a Drawing book and colours to our daughter so that she can play with that. Over all a very good experience and thank you to the Whole team.”

“Stayed here for a night and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the location is ideal, right in the city but surprisingly quiet, even with the trams nearby. The staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was great for a drink, and breakfast in the morning was solid. The only small hiccup was that I'd requested a sewing kit, and it didn’t get brought up as promised, so I had to go down to reception to get it myself, which made me a bit late. I understand things get busy, though. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’ve stayed at a few Hotel Indigos and this one definitely held up, I’d be happy to stay again.”
