“Only been a few times but staff seem very efficient. Was having a nightmare with Tesco pharmacy as they wouldn't dispense teva brand thyroxine. Kept telling me it was GP error and vice versa. Changed to scout moor and no issue at all. All my levo is Teva which is great as I do feel better on that brand of medication. Love the other bits and bobs for sale in the pharmacy and the lay out works. They also have seating for those who need to sit down while they wait.”

“Visited the store this evening and used the scan and shop for the first time but had a few issues with items not scanning - Tracey who said she had only been there a few weeks was absolutely amazing at helping us sort it out despite being the only one on the busy self service checkout and our shop wasn’t a small one to rescan - She was so lovely and chatted away with us despite it being late and really made us feel better - An absolute star!!!”

She went above and beyond to explain how the medication will help and suggested other things that would help. She was caring, helpful and funny. Please can this be passed on to her superiors as she deserves all the recognition for her excellent service. I always want to be served by her. Someone please give this lady a raise.
