“Just picked our black labrador Luna up from Mike and the girls and it's honestly the first time she hasn't wanted to come home. She has absolutely loved every second of it there, Mike sent me numerous photos throughout our week long holiday, which really put our mind at ease. I can honestly say I won't leave her with anyone else from now on, she's made lots of new friends and by the looks of it has had the time of her life! Will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone I know looking for a place for their dog to stay (I would say kennels but this is more like a 5* luxury apartment).”

“I left booking our cocker spaniel in for a full groom prior to going on holiday extra late but Chloe couldn’t have been anymore helpful and managed to squeeze us in at very short notice. Not to mention our doggo was in desperate need of a really good cut and tidy up. Chloe and Blake listened to everything I’d asked of them and I genuinely couldn’t have been happier with how handsome Milo looked when I collected him a couple of hours later.. and he smelt amazing too!! “Took our 13 week old maltipoo Teddy to Victoria at Short Bark and Sides today for his first puppy groom. Chose this place over others as a friend at work recommended it and i wasn’t disappointed! Victoria was lovely and so reassuring, explaining the process and ensuring Teddy felt safe with her. “Mohd & his team have been amazing since they took over the Pharmacy in Market Square & I would give them 6 stars if I could. I've had issues with 2 out of my 3 tablets for months on end from my Doctors, with incorrect tablets or being made to pay for a private prescription even though I'm over 60. Mohd went the extra mile & contacted the Doctors directly, sorting these issues out for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone. Thank you so much Mohd, your customer service is excellent.”

“Waggy warehouse is an outstanding place to leave your dogs. My Labradoodle Otis has been going since he was a puppy & is now 5. This isn’t just doggy daycare, the staff train the dogs & provide a report at the end of each day on your dogs health & behaviour while they’ve been in their care. The staff seriously care about all of the dogs in their care. I wouldn’t leave my dog with anyone else.”

“My cats have been treated at Briar Dawn for 17 years. I was particularly impressed with the care that Posi received on a recent visit. The vet was professional, thorough, patient and kind. She suggested various levels of treatment and showed me how to administer the chosen ear drops. Posi is now getting back to being herself thankfully.”

“We had a great time here, we stayed in Cabin 1 and it was so peaceful. We had our 7 month old to think about and this worked well as we could have dinner and relax in the evening and she could sleep in the cot in the bedroom and we wouldn't disturb here like we would in a hotel in one room. Staff were lovely and friendly and the site was clean. Hot tub was great to chill in the sunshine. Lovely walks around Dovestone Reservoir just a stones throw away. Have already recommended to family and would absolutely recommend again particularly for young families who like lots of countryside walks and exploring the local area.”

Staff at Imaan's were unbelievably friendly and dispensed my prescription the fastest I've ever had by a considerable distance, literally within 2 minutes! Unheard of!
