I got a few times, some of which I've now had for 9 years and they're still going strong...and I've had 2 lovely pairs of black leather work shoes and I can say they're comfortable and hard wearing, although both pairs are for summer only - expect to skid all of the way through winter even if you park right outside work!”

“Due to my son having additional needs I pre -booked an appointment with this store for a shoe fitting for my son before they opened. He has autism and really struggles with busy places and loud noises. I was so grateful to Jane for helping me sort this appointment out as it's always been a challenge to get him measured for shoes. I usually do it at home myself which was always very difficult. She reassured me on the phone that she would get him all sorted and I certainly did. Jane and Liv were amazing with my son, Liv was able to get him measured for the first time ever in a shop and it was amazing how they both engaged with my son and made it a great experience for him and us too! I honestly can't recommend this store enough! They were amazing! We will 100% be returning when he needs some more shoes. Thank you so much to Jane and Liv :)”

She was also very thorough in checking the shoes fitted well, even asking a colleague for a second opinion. Both were brilliant with the kids overall and we left with what we needed. “Just wanted to share how fabulous Yomi (sorry if that's spelled incorrectly!) in the Bury store is. I've been in a few times and she seems to be on shift when I go in. I wear a larger shoe size so finding footwear at reasonable prices in a preferred style can be somewhat difficult. In my last visit, Yomi went above and beyond, found every shoe in my size for me to try as well as helped locate another pair of boots in another store. Yomi is super friendly and genuine and deserves recognition! Thank you!”
